HISTORY: it is not known when the rebellion was created, but it is suspected around the founders fourth or fifth year. the snake bite rebellion has many members and contacts within the members of the graduated and current students of the slytherin house. they also have death eaters loyal to the cause. 

the snake bite rebellion, while young, is thriving and is achieving small feats of defying lord voldemort. 

SYMBOL: a ring or pendant with the letters 'SBR' written on it. if asked, it's described as a pureblood ritual.
