"How do you think you're able to help me?" Jungkook asked as i smiled.

After that night at the store i took Jungkook to my house. My parents where willing to help him and so was i.

Also having someone my age around now was so nice. Finally someone who can relate to thing. As my parents didn't always understand me.

"You will be living here now, and after some time, people will notice that you're not as bad as they think you are" i spoke

"I'm so thankful for you jin-a" he looked at his hands as i smiled. Cupping his cheeks he looked into my eyes.

"Everyone deserves to live a good life, and some need help with that. And if that's what i can do to make you happy. I'll gladly help you"

"You're so kind jin-a"

"I do what i can" I giggled and let him go.

"We're leaving!" I yelled

"Be careful!" Mom yelled back as we left to school. Stuffing my hands in the pockets from my jacket i sigh.

"Cold?"

"A bit, but it's okay." I smiled, until he laid his jacket over my shoulder "jungkook you really shouldn't-"

"It's okay. You help me so i help you" he smiled as i chuckled.

Walking into school heads turned towards us. Seeing jungkook avoid everything i sigh and grabbed his hand.

"It's okay. I'm with you" i smiled. He smiled and sighs, slightly nodding his head.

"Hey girl- uhm why are you with jungkook" hye-jin asked

"Why not, we get along really good" i smiled.

"But he's a fuck boy" she scoffed

"Yah don't say that. He's not." But jungkook walked off. I sigh and looked down.

"You're even wearing his jacket for real? He will break you jin-a. Just like he did to everyone else" she spat

"Shut up will you?! Stop judging him okay! He has a story too. And as long as you don't know that you have no right to talk bad about him!" I spoke mad as everyone stared

"You where getting bullied too hye-jin. Because you have good grades and study a lot. And also behind that was a story for you, because of your parents!"

"And i did everything to help you out! I had never judged you. And out of all the people in here, you should be able to relate to him."

"We all have problems hye-jin. And he clearly needed help, and i did that for him just like i did for you. Now stop judging him already for his actions, because not everything that you see is what you think it is" I spoke more calmly at the end.

The hall went quiet as hye-jin was lost. She didn't know what to say anymore and looked down.

"S-sorry i-"

"Just shut up hye-jin. Talk to me again when you know what you did. And that you can apologise. To him." As i left her standing.

~

Seeing jungkook standing on the rooftop i sigh.

"Kook" i spoke. "Sorry for hye-jin i-"

"Thank you" he broke me off and turned to me in tears, i frown and looked him in the eyes "i heard you talk. Thank you for protecting me"

My eyes softened and i hugged him, caressing his head softly. His strong arms around me waist as he calmed down in my hold.

"I told you i would help. I keep my promises"

"You didn't even promise it" he giggled making me laugh.

"Then I promise you now, that i will help you."

"Thank you" he looked at me as i smiled "i finally found happiness." I frown and stare at him

"What do you mean?" I asked

"I always thought happiness was something. But it can be someone too." He whispered "the last few days I've been with you, I've been feeling safe"

"I feel protected and loved, not only by you but your parents picked me up too. I'm so thankful, I can't even express it how thankful i am"

"Thank you, for making me talk to you. Thank you for listening. Thank you for helping. And thank you for being my happiness" he spoke.

I smiled warmly and caressed his cheek. He smiled softly as I slowly leaned in, placing a soft kiss on his lips.

Pulling away he seemed surprised, I nibbled my lip and wanted to apologise. But before i even could open my mouth he kissed me again.

And right then and there i knew i have helped him, and not only was he happy but so was i.
