*The next day*

I just got off work and I'm on my way home to change and go talk to KD's Mom . This morning I went and got six different pregnancy tests and they all said positive . When I seen all those positive signs I just broke down and cried . KD and I aren't even together and I'm pregnant .

I pulled up at my apartment and went inside . I took a quick shower and put on some clothes . I put on my coat because this December weather ain't no joke I then grabbed my purse and keys and left out my apartment . I got In my car and made my way to KD's Mom house .

I pulled up and got out making my way to the door . I knocked and KD's Mom opened it . "Hey mama" I said to her . "Hey girl , come on in" She said . I walked in and took off my coat and put it on the the coat rack . I sat down on the couch with her and I began to talk .

"Ok so.. KD cheated again , a month ago this girl came to our house and said that she was pregnant by him . That day I left him and yesterday was my first time seeing him again because your daughters set me up" We laughed and I continued . "We had dinner and talked. . long story short the girl lied about being pregnant. . I was relieved but at the same time that didn't change anything because he still cheated on me . And well I took six pregnancy tests this morning and they all said positive. . I'm pregnant and KD and I aren't even together. . I miss him so much but I'm scared he's going to hurt me again and I don't want that" I said to her .

She shook her head .. "That boy is just like his dad when he was was younger . KD's dad cheated on me multiple times and I cheated on him too , but we knew we loved eachother and we worked it out. . When you love someone , no matter what they do you will always love them and be there . I had to learn that the hard way , But KD is just young and he doesn't realize what he's doing.. Take things slow with him and everything will fall in the right places . I got married to KD's dad when I was Eighteen , the day of my birthday actually. . I will never forget that day" She smiled and finished .. "And now look where we are . It takes time Lani that's all babygirl and trust me . You and KD will be just like his dad and I .. Happily Married , I just know it . You too are meant to be" she said to me . I smiled at her and talked a little while longer and I left .

As I was driving I thought about KD and I knew I needed to tell him that we're expecting .

I pulled up at his house and got out . I walked up to the door and knocked , I still have the key but I didn't want to just walk in . A couple mintues later he opened the door , "Wassup ma , you know you could've just came in" He said . "yea I know I just didn't want to" I said walking inside . He closed the door behind him and sat beside me on the couch .

"What made you stop by?" He asked . "I um. . I needed to talk to you" I paused and looked down . "I'm pregnant" I said lowly . "Lani I can't hear you" He said lifting my head up with his finger to where we were looking into eachother's eyes .

"I said I'm pregnant" I repeated . He smiled so big .. "I took like 6 pregnancy tests and they all said positive" I told him .

He grabbed my face and kissed me . He pulled away and looked into my eyes , "Girl. . I love you fucking much and now you're having my first child" He said still smiling. . "Damn , I can't stop smiling .. Ima be a daddy" He added . I laughed at how happy he was .

"So does this mean your coming home?" He asked . "I want to take things slow KD I'm not going to be able to just jump right back in a relationship with you. . You're not ready to be committed to me and-" . "Baby I am ready" He said cutting me off .

"Come on now KD no you're not. . I will be home as soon as I notice improvement . And when I do come home , please don't hurt me KD because-" . "Baby I won't hurt you ever again and I'm sorry that I did" He said cutting me off again . "No let me finish what I have to say . If you cheat on me ever again .. That will be the last time of us being together. . I can't keep running in circles with yo ass" I said to him . "I understand" He replied . "Good. . But I'm going to head home" I said getting off the couch . He stood up also and walked me to the door .

"I love you" He said kissing my lips . I pulled away and looked at him . "I love you too" I said smiling . "And I love you" He said lifting up my shirt and giving my stomach a peck . I laughed at his actions , "Bye" I said walking out , getting into to my car and driving off .
