KD's POV

"How you feeling baby" I asked Lani . She just woke up not long ago the doctor said she was very lucky that the bullet didn't go any further .

"How do you think I feel" she said with an attitude . "Aye man what's up with all that shit" I said not liking it . "I told you to stop but no you just had to let him get to you KD" she said to me . "This shit not my fucking fault Lani its that n-" .. "just stop it KD ok I'm not blaming you I'm just saying if you would've listened to me you and Jas wouldn't have fought and Andre wouldn't have shot me but once I'm out this damn hospital we're going home" she said smiling .

I smiled back at her and kissed her lips . She deepened the kiss and wrapped her arms around my neck . I slid my tongue into her mouth and the kiss got heated . Lani sexy ass was turning me on just from us kissing . I was enjoying every moment of it until someone knocked on the door.

We pulled apart then looked towards the door . In walked Her cousins , her aunt , that bitch nigga why tf he even in here , our babygirl and Killa . I called him up when we was on the way to the hospital.

When Lani saw Killa a big smile came onto her face "omg Killa , I've missed you so much" she said as he neared her bed . He leaned down and gave her a hug "I missed you too sis , don't ever leave us like that again man" he said. "I promise I won't" .

Lani's P.O.V

I know I hurt them when I left but honestly I was so hurt that I was thinking about myself and not the great family I left behind .
I missed them so much and I'm glad that I'm going back home soon .

"Mommy" Zel said coming towards me . "hey babygirl" I said smiling at her. "You ok mama" she asked me . "yea I'm ok baby just a little sore that's all" I said . "I'm glad you're ok" Brianna said . "Me too Lani" Auntie Jazz said. "Thank you guys" I said smiling at them . I looked at Andre and he look sad I smiled at him "its ok Andre I know you didn't intend to shoot me I mean you shouldn't have pulled that gun out at all but I'm not blaming anyone and I'm not mad I just want to get out of here and go home" I said smiling at KD . He smiled back and looked back at everyone "I'm happy you ok Lani" Jas said . "thank you Jas" .

"The doctors said you can go home in 3 days baby" KD said. "Ugh I don't wanna stay here in this shitty place I hate hospitals shit but ok" . Everyone laughed "You got to baby so you can get better , I'll stay every day and night with you" KD said . I smiled at him "Thank you , I love you" . "I love you more" he said and placed a kiss on my cheek .

*1 month later*

I'm now back home where I'm suppose to be . We had a little party for me & Zel coming home. It was good seeing everyone again Liyah and Ky was mad that I left but they understood at the time I was going through so much . Zel absolutely loves everyone especially Killa because he always keep her laughing .

"Hey baby" , "Hey mommy" KD and Zel said as they came through the front door. "Hey y'all" I said smiling getting off the sofa . Zel ran upstairs to play In her room . "hey baby" I said wrapping my arms around KD's neck . "Missed me didn't ma" he said smirking . I did miss him he was only gone for a little while to pick up Zel from his mom's. "no" I said lying . "yea right. I know you did baby" he said grabbing my ass making me laugh ..

We pulled apart he sat on the couch and pulled me into his lap . "I'm glad you're back baby" KD . I smiled and kissed his lips , "me too" .

We just sat there talking and laughing for about a hour until his phone ringed . He looked at it and answered "Wassup Killa" he spoke into the phone . I couldn't hear what Killa said . "OK I'm omw" KD spoke . I sighed knowing that he was about to leave me here and go to the trap. I got off his lap and sat next to him . I grabbed the remote and began to flip through channels. "Bae ima be back in about a hour or two I promise" KD said .

I didn't respond I just continued to flip channels. I feel as though I'm back to the same problem I had before I left . I hate to always be this way towards him when he leave to go to the trap but I just can't help it I want him home with me and Zel.

"Baby don't be like that" He said. I looked at him "its fine KD go" I lied. "I'll be back" he said and placed a kiss on my cheek. .

*5 hours later , 11:30 pm*

I woke up because I heard my phone ringing , I fell asleep waiting on KD to get home . I looked at my phone and saw Killa's name flashing across my screen .

"Hello" I answered still half sleep. "Lani get to the hospital now ! KD got shot and it ain't looking to good !" He yelled . When he said that , I woke up fully.

I hung up the phone and got out of bed I threw on some clothes and ran into Zel's room she was sleep and I didn't want to wake her so I just picked her up and left the house I put her in the backseat and I got in and pulled out of the driveway.

As I was making my way to the hospital I began to cry. I'm tired of this kind of shit. I just got shot some weeks ago on some dumb shit now my baby got shot. I don't wanna lose KD , I don't know what I would do if I lost him . He's my heart my everything .

Will KD survive ?

I know I haven't updated in a while sorry ..
