Lani's P.O.V

I put on some clothes and began to walk to Liyah and Ky's apartment . I needed somebody to talk to .

I walked up to there door and knocked . "Who is it" Ky asked . "Lani" I replied . She opened the door , "Hey girl - What the hell happened to your face Lani?" She said . I walked passed her and seen Killa and KD damn , Bad idea .

"Who did that to your face sis" Killa said standing up looking mad . I felt my eyes watering up just by them asking . I turned to Ky , "Ill come back later.. I need to talk to you and Liyah" I said to her and left out the door .

"Lani" KD said coming after me . I wipe the tear from my face and turned to face him . "Yea?" I responded . "What happened to your damn face" He asked angry . "Nothing. . Its nun of your concern anyway" I said to him and began to walk away . He grabbed my arm and pulled me back .

"You are my concern , If we're together or not you mines and Ima always protect you. . Now Ima ask you again .. What happened to you face" He said .

"My ex Brendan . We got into an argument and he slapped me" I said . "I feel like that's not all" He said . "That's all that happened ok" I said . "Lani I know when you lying. . Tell me everything" He said . I felt tears forming in my eyes and they slowly began to fall .

"I told him I was pregnant and he said that the baby isn't his . I yelled at him how he played me. . At first he was sweet , nice and caring but he started to show his true colors. . I cursed him out and he slapped me I told him to get out my house and that I was over and that he will help with the baby and he said fuck me and the baby" By now I was crying hard into KD chest as he held me .

"Its gone be ok Baby.. Just come home , I miss you" He said as he rubbed my back . "I miss you too" I cried out .

"You still want me even though I'm caring someone else's Baby" I questioned him . He lifted my head up and stared into my eyes .

"I love you regardless of anything Lani. . Even though the baby isn't mine I'm going to take care of he or she as if their my own .. I love you girl" He said . I kissed his lips and smiled , "I love you too" .

KD's P.O.V

When Lani told me what that fuck nigga did to her I felt so bad . But best believe Ima kill that nigga for fucking her over .

Lani been through so much She doesn't deserve this . She didn't deserve what I did to her either and I regret cheating on her . She let me into her life and not even a week into our relationship I cheated on her .

This time around I will be faithful . She's my one and only . I have to be more mature because now I have a child on the way . May not be mines biologically but Ima love and care for he or she as if they Is .

Most niggas would've let Lani kept going by her business and raised the child on her own but I couldn't do that .. I owe it to her to be there for her through anything .. And I love her way too much to let her go through this all on her . This girl gone be my wife , I'm telling yall now .

When we walked back inside the house Ky and Lani went upstairs to talk .

"Aye bruh who did that to her" Killa asked . "Some nigga named Brendan we gone kill that fool" I said . "Brendan. . Man that used to be my partner til he got on some snake ass shit.. They call him B but hell yea we gone kill that nigga putting his hand on my li sis" Killa said .

"Nigga don't know who he messed with . His life finna end real fucking quick" I said .
