Liberty was wearing a over sized sweater making her look bigger than she actually is, a pair of light washed jeans, and her black boots to match her sweater. Dallas knocked on her door frame. "Ready to go?" Dallas asked as he leaned against the door frame. "Yeah!" Liberty said grabbing her puffy black jacket. "So where are we going?" Dallas asked as they walked to the truck together. "Well, you know how you asked me what I like to do and what hobbies I have?" Liberty asked. "Yeah." He said. "Well I like to paint and draw..." Liberty started. "I can tell." Dallas interrupted backing out of her driveway. "...anyways they always have these special tours at the art gallery located downtown!" Liberty said excitedly. "So that's where we're going?" Dallas asked stupidly. "No we are going to my grandma's house?" Liberty joked. "Haha very funny!" Dallas mocked making a fake mad face.

"C'mon Dallas the tour already began." Liberty said running inside the art gallery. "I'm sorry. I couldn't resist my favorite ice cream place!" Dallas said running in behind Liberty while he licked his ice cream. The tour guide was just around the corner, so they both caught up to the tour. "See we're just in time." Dallas said. Liberty put her hands on her hips. "I hope your ice cream was worth us almost being late!" Liberty said. Dallas smiled. "Oh it was!" Dallas replied. The tour guide gave Liberty and Dallas a glare and told them to be quiet. "Sorry." Dallas whispered. Liberty gave Dallas a glare. "Ice cream?" Dallas whispered to Liberty putting the ice cream cone near her face. She rolled her eyes but lick the ice cream. "Thanks!" She whispered.

It was about an hour later and Liberty was very into the tour and looking at all the art and it's beauty, but Dallas however was pretending to sleep on a long bench near the corner of the room. "Dallas." Liberty said sitting down next to him. Dallas faked a snore. "You're such a loser!" Liberty laughed at Dallas' goofiness. "I was just so interested that my eyes just couldn't handle it anymore." Dallas joked. "Psh, yeah right!" Liberty push a stray hair away from her face. "I'm sorry Liberty, I just don't find looking at boring art interesting." Dallas shrugged. "Oh silly boy that's because you don't know how to read it." Liberty said standing up. "C'mon I'll show you." Liberty dragged Dallas over to a painting "Every painting or drawing has a story behind it which I find very interesting. Take this beautifully painted painting by Kandinsky. Do you see the reclining figures and the castle?" Liberty asked Dallas. "Uhh no." Dallas scratched the back of his head. "Well this painting represents a battle which lead to eternal peace. Peace is also hidden in it. It's beautiful!" Liberty stared at the art work like she just saw the meaning of true love. Dallas stared at Liberty with a beautiful smile. "What?" Liberty asked looking at Dallas stare at her. "Do I have something on my face?" She asked wiping her face. "No, I just like the way you think!" Dallas smiled. Liberty blushed but changed the subject immediately. "Well what do you see?" Liberty asked. "Uhh, I see a lot of colors and two lines going down the center of the page!" Dallas responded looking at the painting really closely. "Uh-huh?" Liberty turned her head to try and see what Dallas was seeing "You just don't have the eye for it." Liberty smiled putting a hand on Dallas shoulder.

"Okay." Dallas said making a funny face. "C'mon let's just go, I think I've bored you enough!" Liberty said walking off. "That you have!" Dallas said. "Thanks for bringing me though!" Liberty said. "You're actually not that bad after all!" Dallas made a shocked expression. "You thought I was bad, I'm offended!" Dallas said putting his hands in his coat pocket as they walked to the truck. "Well, I don't know... I don't talk to many people." Liberty said. "Now that I think about it I don't talk to anyone except for my dad." "Well now you have me to talk to!" Dallas gave Liberty a smile as he started the truck. Liberty returned the smile and stared into the dark sky as Dallas drove back home. "Good night Libby!" Dallas said. "Night Dallas!" Liberty smiled and walked into her warm house.
