~Before We Leave~

Thor's Pov

I didn't get much sleep last night since Y/n had disappeared for eight hours. I was angry with her at first but I hadn't been there for her enough to talk about what happened on Midgard. I woke up in her bed. "Goodmorning love," I said but then realized that I was alone. Then she walked out of the bathroom. "Goodmorning," Y/n said. She looked very gorgeous today. And every other day. I still couldn't believe that I got to fall in love with her.

"So, we should have breakfast and lunch with Loki and Sif today since we will be gone for two weeks. Also, I need you to wear something more Midgardian. Please don't wear your armor." She told me as she started putting her makeup on. I got up and walked over to her. "Of course. Whatever you need, my love," I told her as I kissed her cheek. "Okay, go get dressed and I will meet you in the dining hall for breakfast," Y/n said turning around and giving me a kiss. "Oh and we can talk about last night after breakfast if you are free," she said as I started walking out of the room. "Okay I will see you at breakfast," I told her, then I left.

Once I got to my room, I tore the place apart looking for something that I could wear to midgard. I finally found a sweatshirt and a pair of jeans that I had gotten from steve the first time I had been down there. I put them on and headed over to the dining hall.

I walked in to see that Loki and Sif were already there. They were sitting beside each other and laughing. "So, what did you guys do yesterday?" I asked them as a smirk grew on my face. They turned to face me. "What on Asgard are you wearing?" Sif asked looking me up and down. Just then Y/n walked in. "Hi. Sorry that I'm late. I had to find better shoes. I left all of my Midgardian clothes back in Weydale," She said sitting beside me. "Why would you need Midgardian clothes?" Loki asked Y/n. "Thor didn't tell you? We are going to Midgard tonight. I wanted to do a memorial for Gloria with the Avengers. We will be gone for two weeks," she said. "Two weeks?" Sif yelled. "Loki will be here with you," Y/n told her.

"Okay so if you are gone for two weeks, then who will be king?" Loki asked turning his gaze to me. "You of course. I trust you now. You have proven that you can be good." I said smiling at him. He smiled back then looked down at the food that had just been placed infront of us.

"So. How long have you two been together than?" I asked Sif and Loki after we started eating. "What do you mean? We are not together," Sif explained. "I can change that," Loki told her with a smirk. "Loki!" She yelled. "Okay so, anyways. Thor and I should get going. We have to pack for Midgard and I think he wanted to talk before lunch. Also we are having lunch all together today since we are going to leav right after." Y/n said as she stood up. She took my hand and pulled me out of the dining hall.

"I wasn't done eating you know," I told Y/n as she took me back to her room. "I know, I wasn't either but it seems like they might need to talk to each other," she told me as she smiled at me. "Okay. We won't need to pack much because we can buy new clothes on Midgard and we don't really need anything else," she said as we walked into her room. "If we don't have anything to do then could we talk about last night?" I asked her. "Of course. Come sit down," she said patting a spot on the bed beside her.

I sat down. I didn't know where to start. So I just said, "How are you feeling?" She looked over at me and smiled. "Thor. You seemed very upset last night. Now you can tell me what you were going to say last night," Y/n said grabbing my hand.

"Okay. I went to your room about an hour after dinner last night and you weren't there. I sat there and waited for another hour after that and you never came. I asked everyone I saw if they knew where you were and no one had seen you. Then I sent the guards out for five hours looking for you. I was so scared that you left again, that you were hiding from me. Or that something worse had happened. I was terrified that I would lose you again. And then you came back and you were so calm. It's like you didn't care that I was worried about you. And I wanted to yell at you for it, but then I saw how you got scared of me and I didn't want to yell. I just wanted to make you feel better," I told her.

She looked at me with a sad look on her face. "I. I didn't know you felt that way. I'm so sorry," Y/n said pulling me into a hug. "I love you, and I just don't want to scare you or lose you," I told her. "Me too Thor. Me too."

We ended up going or a walk together before we had to meet up with Loki and Sif for lunch. We walked into the dining hall hand in hand to find Loki and Sif making out. I looked down at Y/n and she looked up at me. We both smiled and turned around too leave but before we could Loki said, "Oh um, Hi." Me and Y/n laughed. "So I guess Sif gave in then," Y/n said to them as we went to sit down. "Yeah. We made plans to have dinner together tonight yesterday so that you two could have a date night too but then you guys said you were leaving so it worked out anways," Sif explained.

"Well that worked out well for you two then. Me and Thor get to deal with crying Avengers and you get two weeks alone together," Y/n told them laughing. "You two will be just fine. You get to hangout with your friends for a weeks and I'm sure sometime in the two weeks you will find some alone time," Sif said trying to give us hope that this wouldn't be an absolute bore. "Well lets talk about something else for now. We are going to be gone for two weeks and we have to make the best of this lunch. Let us raise our glasses to the fallen soldiers in the battle of Hela and to the future of this amazing love we have all found," I said. Then we all yelled, "Cheers."

We ate, drank, talked and laughed until Y/n told me that we had to go. "We will miss you two," Sif said. "Yeah. Enjoy yourselves on Midgard. But not too much," Loki said with a smirk. "The same goes for you two," Y/n chimed in. "We will see you in two weeks. Bye guys," I told them as me and Y/n headed towards the Bifrost. "Where to my king?" Heimdall asked us as we arrived. "Midgard. We wish to visit the Avengers please," I told him. I pulled Y/n close to me as Heimdall opened the Bifrost. And then we were gone.
