He led me straight to the principals office and walked in as if he owned the place. No knocking no nothing.

"What's up!"

"Bokuto-kun I appreciate that you're friends with my grandson but please show a little respect" the principal held the same displeased look he always did.

"Okay okay. Now you wanna know why I'm here don't you? I'm glad you asked. So here's what happened" Bokuto told the story how it was and by the end the principal showed an unreadable expression. He pushed his glasses up a little and sighed.

"Just take care of it okay? I don't mind it staying here as long as you guys don't be stupid and accidentally kill it"

"Of course we won't. Thank you sir"

"Yeah! 'Kaashi is so responsible he would never!" Even though he was saying it to convince the principal and not to compliment me, my stomach filled with butterflies. It was stupid honestly. I didn't even like him.

"I believe that. Now go back to class you have 5 minutes left"

We walked back to the class and after a little interrogation from the teacher we were let out to go to our next class which was art. My favourite subject of course. Except for the fact that Bokuto was in the same class, it would be fun. I didn't have anything against him or anything  but I just liked to be left alone while I drew and knowing him it would be anything other than quiet. Especially since art is such a free subject that we can practically do anything.

The classroom smelled like acrylic paint which made me smile a little. I love that smell. Bokuto suddenly grabbed my wrist and dragged me to who I assume was the teacher.

"This is Akaashi he's new and can I sit next to him"

"Sure Bokuto. Just don't distract him or else I'll move you"

"I promise I won't! I never bother him. Do I Akaashi?"

"Well..."

"Mean" I rolled my eyes at him playfully and he smiled. That smile would be the death of me.

He showed me to our seats and we sat down. Soon after, 20 or more students started to flow through the door in a huddle. Just looking at them made me feel claustrophobic which made me shiver a little. Bokuto noticed despite my best efforts to cover it up and he put a hand on mine. "You okay?"

"Huh? Oh uh... yeah I'm great" I could only focus on the warmth his hand radiated on mine. He made no effort to remove it so I didn't either. Some people gave us weird looks as they passed us but I ignored them. I thought it would be like my old school where as soon as they saw something even remotely homosexual they'd turn on us but no all they did was look at us and then look away as if it was something conventional. It could be because of Bokuto's popularity though so I could never truly let my guard down.

"Okay class. Since this is your first lesson after summer break and since we have a new student..." she gestured towards me which caused everyone's heads to turn towards me. I could feel their eyes drilling into the back of my head. "We will do an easy task to get back into art. You all chose to be here so I don't expect any silly behaviour. Your task is to draw your partner. Go"

"So guess I have to draw you Akaashi. I don't think I could do your beauty justice though" he said it so casually it probably meant nothing to him but it made my heart beat a little faster and my cheeks heated up.

"M-my what?"
