She seems a little startled by the way I expressed myself. If I'm honest, there are quite a few women that have had trouble with the fact that I like to be so straight forward. I don't like wasting my time, which can come in very handy in this business world.

Of course Jimin and I have made a few bad choices, but we've learned from them and now we hope to find a company who might want to help us with our financial issue so we can go on from there. The proposal Namjoon and Seokjin made really didn't sound useful. I understand that, to them, we seem like this vulnerable tiny company that dug our own grave. I guess they'd like to think they can be our knight in shining armor and save us from the dead.

However, Jimin and I are quite the business men. I was only 20 years old when Jimin and I started up our company. It hasn't always been easy, but creating Call Center Park has been a lot of fun and to work along side my best friend has been a dream come true. We met each other when we were still children, I was five years old and he was seven. We instantly clicked and became great friends, practically brothers. We went to the same university and studied the same major. When Jimin graduated, I had one year of uni left. During this time he went looking for a two bedroom apartment we could move into together. Once he found that, he started to look for possibilities for Call Center Park together with his father. About halfway through my last year, he found a building we could use, the arrangements were made pretty quickly and before we knew it we could start our business. By the time I graduated, Jimin immediately made me President of the company as he obviously was the CEO.

You might wonder why he went to his father for help, even though his father didn't end up taking any part in the company. Well, his father is also a business man. He is the CEO of a famous make-up company here in South-Korea. Truth be told, he's barely in Busan.. but when Jimin told him that he needed his help, his father immediately got on a plane to help out his son.

Now, three years later.. we made two or three bad investments and currently we're losing more money compared to what we're bringing in. There are companies who need tech support for their customers, so what happens is that they come to us with a deal. They pay us for like 50 to 100 agents to learn everything there is to know about their product, so they can take calls from customers who have questions, problems, or whatever about their product. Every company that signs with us has a two month trial period, which means that both parties get to see if the partnership is something they want to commit to after the trial period. However, the last two companies we had a trial period with, decided to pull out at the very last moment, which meant that it cost us more than what they paid us.
On top of that, Jimin tried to invest in another company to try and earn us some extra money as we were losing quite some numbers on the lost partnerships. The investment we made failed because the company went bankrupt about two weeks after we invested in them and because he didn't read the fine print, we didn't know that the invested money wouldn't be returned even if the company went bankrupt. Jimin had agreed to that without knowing it. So one way or another, we would've lost the money even if the company was still with us now.
