On Wednesday morning, Jin took me out for breakfast and we went a little more into detail about my resignation. He told me Namjoon wasn't happy with this news, but he had accepted it and saw it was a good move to start working for my father. Obviously they both thought I would stay in Busan, but I made something dumb up so I could have a 'good' reason for going back to Seoul. I don't even remember what I told him, which is probably gonna bite me in the ass later.. but I'll deal with it when the time comes. They're bound to find out I'm the daughter of Hope Entertainment's CEO anyway.
After we spoke about my resignation, we swapped phone numbers and talked a little more about our interests, basically getting to know each other a little more. After about an hour, we said our goodbye's and I told him I'd meet up with him in Seoul sometime.
For the past two days, after meeting with Jin, I've spend every minute possible with Jungkook and it's been absolutely amazing. I never told him that my 'father' Kang Sungho owns a coffee place in Busan. So he has been showing me around, taking me to all the places he thought I had to see and visit before going back to Seoul.
I had an absolutely amazing time!
He took me out for dinner yesterday and we went to see a movie afterwards. This morning he woke me up at 7am to eat breakfast and he took me to a park afterwards where we basically acted like children. He made me sit on a swing, so he could push me and I just know it was an excuse to be close to me. He chased me, threatening to tickle me again and I kept yelling and exhausting my short legs while trying to escape him. It honestly wasn't a fair fight.. He's obviously way fitter that I am and his legs are longer, so he can take bigger steps..
Right now, we're making our way back to his car. He said he had a surprise for me and apparently we can find it in his car.
I don't know what he brought, but I know I'm curious.
"Come on! Let's go!" I yell as I start running away from him, but he's quick to catch up to me and wrap his arms around my waist. His long legs allowing him to catch up to me yet again. He picks me up and carries me bridal style to his car, simultaneously forcing me to wrap my arms around his neck.
Once we're in front of his car, he sits me down on the hood. He walks towards the driver's side, unlocks the door and leans in to open up the trunk of the car. Making his way to the trunk, he quickly looks my way sending me a wink which makes me giggle.
He's been treating me like I'm the only girl in the world and I don't even know how to actually feel about it. It's been so incredibly long since someone put their complete focus on me.
Growing up with Hobi, while it was a lot of fun with him as he's basically sunshine in human form, was also quite lonely. He's always tried his absolute best to be there for me, because he saw how I would hide within the shadows at home. He was the pride of our family, everyone had big expectations of him and he lived up to almost every single one of them. But Hobi receiving almost all of the attention, also caused for me to be cast to the shadows. Always watching, but not expected to reach anything in life.
