2 years later...

I fixed my hair before looking at the girl beside me, sitting on the passenger seat.

We're currently at the parking lot, the moon is peaking a little through the small open window near us. We've been here for hours but still, the signal won't peak.

"2 minutes before all the workers will completely disappear." I stare blankly outside while tapping my nails on the steering wheel, silence occupied the whole car but my not-so-loud tapping nails can be heard.

"It's hard to rush this, people are so busy inside."

Magkasalubong ang kilay na tinapunan ko ng tingin ang katabi ko, she's looking at the door while staring at the people walking around, she's not showing any emotions too.

She looks up to me, a playful smirk was visible on her face. "Headmistress will be pissed to us tomorrow."

Ngumisi rin ako, "We're many, she can't just kick us out of here."

When she finished looking outside, she put  her phone in her pants. She gave me a dead pan look.

"You have a point, good luck to her on finding new aces if she fired us with this." A sweet smile followed her lips.

I just sighed heavily and didn't said a word.

I can't help but to chuckle a bit when I remembered something, I throw my head back and continued to laugh. I could clearly see her disgusted look at me.

"Fucking stop —"

"Hey, are you two in?"

I rolled my eyes. They're so late.

"Maybe not, you could be dead now if we're not here." She innocently said beside me while looking at the FM radio in the car, but it's a unconnected telephone actually.

Seconds of silence in the other line until it speaks again.

"Anyway, they're out. You two can come now." A deep voice was heard, we already know who it was.

"I can still see people, don't trick us." Pagbabanta ng katabi ko.

The voice laughs, "No, they're all gone. Kill me if I'm wrong."

"Definitely."

I remained silent for a second until I heard the person beside me making noise at the passenger seat, maybe removing her seatbelt.

"It's time. For the fucking time." She quickly opened the door beside her while looking at her wrist watch, "It's showtime."

I didn't took seconds to open the car door beside me and held my only and favourite gum with me, I once fix my brown hair one more time before slamming the door. We both gaze at each other before walking towards the elevator.

I rolled my eyes when I caught her humming beside me.

Natigilan ako saglit nang mapansin ko na parang may nakalimutan ako sa kotse, I looked at her but she's still busy humming. I shook my head before silently taking out my phone to call someone but it didn't happen. Nilagay ko nalang ulit sa bulsa ko ang telepono at hinintay na makarating kami sa floor na pupuntahan namin.

When we made it to our destination, we annoyingly groaned while making our way towards one slightly open door at the end of the corridor. It's slightly open.

Lumakad kami nang walang ingay habang walang gana akong nakatingin sa nakabukas na pinto.

I peaked through the slightly open door with my one eye. I could see a group chatting, they're probably busy and unaware of the surroundings.
