Part 12 - It's over

Over the next few weeks, Oc spent most of her time with Rafe who was helping her recover. Because of that, it didn't leave her much time to talk to Jj about what had happened. Even when they were together, he was shutting her out. He often slept on the beach, in the hamock or in the tree house and spent almost no time at the Château or with the pogues. Oc slept with Kie every night wich left Jj's bed empty.

Oc and Rafe were sitting on the couch when Jj walked in. He went straight to his room, so she went after him, determined to talk to him. She said "Jj, we need to talk." "There is nothing to talk about" he replied. As he was about to walk out the room, Oc grabs his arm and says "I don't blame you. I know I said that I did but I really don't." He looked at her in tears and said "you should. You have every right to hate me." "But I don't Jj. I love you. That was the drugs talking." He just looks at her. She pulls him in by his arm and hugs him. He then says "I love you so much. More than you will ever know." She smiles at him and says "stay the night?" He nods at her and they head to bed together for the first time in a while.

When Oc woke up the next morning, Jj was no longer in bed with her. She walked into the kitchen to see him eating breakfast. She and John B got out of their rooms at the same time both surprised he was even there. He spent the day with them on the pogue, but he wasn't as bubbly, or as vibrant as his normal self. A few days go by, and he's hanging out with them, but was still not acting like his normal self.

Once they all got back to the chateau, Jj went straight to the tree house, so Oc followed him. She says "Jj, are you okay? I thought the problem was that you thought I was mad. I'm not mad and I forgave you. It's been almost a week and you're hanging out with us, but your just not the same..." He replies "It's nothing. Let me be." "Look whatever it is, I love you, and that's all that matters." "Well you shouldn't love me." "What? Why not?" He then explodes and says "because i'm fucking bad for you!" She's so confused. "What are you even saying right now? You're not making sense." He just turns around and looks out at the horizon. She grabs his hand and she says "well talk to me. What's going on?" He turns around, looks her dead in the eye and says "I cheated on you." Her, thinking it's a joke, replies "okay, fun. Now are you gonna tell me what's up or not?" He says nothing and continues to look at her concerned face. She then says "shit. You really did. What the hell Jj! When did this happen? Who did this even happen with?" "It doesn't matter. What matters is that I did it and we shouldn't be together anymore.

She has no idea what to say. Out of shock, she faints and makes a big thudding sound. Sarah, who had just heard everything from the bottom of the tree, rushes to the others in the Chateau to explain what just happened and to get help. Jj picks her up and climbs down the ladder with her in his arms unconscious. He brings her to the couch and lays her down there. Kie gets a spray bottle and sprays cold water on her face to try and wake her up. As she slowly regains consciousness, she remembers everything that had just happened, and jumps off the couch. Kie says "Oc you passed out, are you okay? How are you feeling?" She replies with "I don't know Kie. Considering everything, maybe a little sad, annoyed, angry, repressed." She storms into Jj's room and starts grabbing all her things out the closet, drawers, just all of her belongings. Pope then says "Oc what are you doing?" She replies angrily "moving out." John B says "What? where are you gonna go?" "I don't know! Just everybody shut up!" Jj then tries to stop her from packing and says "c'mon just stop." She pushes him off of her and says "no no no. You stay the hell away from me!" She storms out of the house. Sarah then says "Guys it's okay, she can stay at my house. Rafe is there too. I'll call you..."

Jj runs out of the house after her and says "Oc please don't go." "Why Jj? Give me a reason to stay." "Because you don't want to." "You've given me no other choice... I have to." "Because I don't want you to." "That's not enough." She starts to walk away "BECAUSE I LOVE YOU!" She keeps walking. "What do you want me to say?!" She turns around and says "Tell me you didn't do it. Tell me it's all a joke. All a lie." He stays quiet. She then says "Alright then that's settled" right before getting in Sarah's car.
