We Need Each Other

Class Clown? part 2

Team 7, except for Naruto and Kakashi, sat on the bridge where Kakashi told them to.

And they waited and waited and waited. Sasuke should have known that Kakashi was going to be late even though they only met once. But it seems that one time is enough.

But the problem was Naruto. Naruto was late and it has been two hours already. Sure he was late in the academy but only minutes the latest he have been is 30 minutes. So why was he late now.

Sasuke became worried. Why was he worried, he didn't even know. Naruto acted like he was weak, but Sasuke wasn't dumb. He could tell Naruto was holding back when they sparred together.

Naruto is strong, probably stronger than him, so why was he worried.

He was brought out of his thoughts by Sakura yelling at their sensei about how late he was.

Kakashi was not having nun of her bullshit anymore. He simply said, " Didn't I tell you yesterday that you were annoying me." She was about to say something but he held his hand up.

The air got slowly harder to breathe as Kakashi let out his dark aura. He walked up to her as she and Sasuke were slightly shaking.

" I am not your academy teacher, I am your sensei. You will shut up when I tell you to. You will talk when I tell you to. And if I tell to bark, you better damn well bark. I can make your training hell, you best not play with me little girl."

He said all of this very slow and he sounded angry but as he was done talking he stood up straight and patted her head.

"Got it?" He said with his famous eye closed smile. To say she was scared would be a understatement.

"Now where is Naru-" he was cut off by what sounded like a mother telling off their child.

"You should've stayed home, or at one of our houses, instead of coming here. You can barely walk, hell can't even run. And why didn't you come to my house last night, I could still hit you for that if you wasn't in this shape. My, how can you be so dumb?" Ino could be seen yelling at the boy but you could tell she sounded worried for him.

Then they saw Naruto. He had an bruise right on the side of his eye and a cut on his cheek, he looked like he didn't even sleep. Then they saw Shikamaru helping him walk by putting Naruto arm around his shoulder and an arm around his waist.

Naruto looked at Shika as a sign of help, but all he got was a shake of his head.

"Ino is right. You should've came to us, no matter the situation or what time it was."

Naruto was about to say something but Ino interrupted him.

"No, Naruto you are hurt but it could have been worse. What if they didn't stop? Or- or they went to fa-far and they ki-" Ino was on the verge of tears and Shikamaru put his head down and gritted his teeth because they both felt the same way.

What if this time they went to far and killed him?

Everytime he is late to something or when he is out of their sight, they both feared the same thing.

Their number one fear of losing him. They are family, brothers and sister.

Naruto stood up on his own and faced his family. He knew that they worried about him. And he hated it. He hated how he could make them cry like that.

"Guys this is nothing I'm going to be healed faster than you can blink. I'm strong, ok? I can handle this. If things get too bad I'll let you know."

Lies.

Things were already too bad but he couldn't let the worry or cry because of him anymore. He couldn't be so selfish.

They knew this and was about to protest but he was done with having this conversation, especially in front of his team. He moved Ino's bang and kissed her forehead. He then held his fist out in front of Shika and they fist bumped.

"Go enjoy you day off." Naruto said as he basically pushed them away, which hurted like hell, but he didn't show it.

Once they were out of eyesight he left out a sigh of relief. His arm went to his waist where he got stabbed at and he leaned on his good leg. His body was aching just to stand up.

He turned to his team and limped over to them. They all had different expressions on their faces.

Sakura looked very annoyed with the situation. She had got told off by her sensei, Naruto was late, then he chooses to show up with her rival, Ino.

Kakashi looked like he was solving a puzzle, and Kakashi loved to slove puzzles. Which, to Naruto, was bad. If he figured out that he was being abused by the villagers and some ninja he would tell the hokage. And the hokage hurt more than helped Naruto.

Naruto then looked at Sasuke and was confused. His face was showing emotion for one and the other thing that confused him was the emotion showing. It was something like jealousy, but then again he didn't get any sleep so he could be wrong.

"Naruto would you like to explain why you're late and all bruised up?" Kakashi said with a smirk, which was hidden under his mask, he knew Naruto didn't want to explain anything to him. He was playing with him, teasing him.

Naruto could basically hear the smirk in his sensei's voice. So he decided that he was going to play along. He removed his hand from his side and stood up straight. "I don't know what you're talking about Kakashi-sensei. I don't have any bruises and I slept late so I came here late." He said with his own smirk.

Sasuke could feel the tension between the two. He was thinking about how Naruto got the bruises that were very visible.

"What do you mean baka we can see the bruises on your face." Sakura all but screamed at him.

Something in Kakashi head clicked. Naruto saw it, Sasuke saw it, and even Sakura saw it. Naruto was now nervous, really nervous.

Kakashi voice got serious as he looked over Naruto again. "Who did this Naruto."

Naruto froze. He figured it out it didn't even take long. He felt like he could cry, but he didn't want to seem weak.

"We have to get to the training grounds, I made us all late for your test Kakashi-sensei." Naruto coldly said trying to avoid to question.

Sakura said something before the others could, which at this point Kakashi didn't care if she was a kid or a girl, he was gonna hit her.

"Yea, you did you baka. You made my Sasuke-kun wait for you all because you got a small cut on your face." This time Sasuke was gonna hit her, but before his hand could connect Naruto quickly grabbed it.

"Sorry Sakura-chan." Naruto said while bowing at her. "Come on let's go." Naruto turned around and dragged Sasuke to the training ground 7.

While he was dragging him, Sasuke felt his cheeks warm and his heart flutter.

Kakashi looked at his students as they ran, then at Naruto. Now that he knew what happened to his student. He looked up and sighed.

He knew that he wasn't just the Class Clown and he swear he was going to protect him at that moment. Sasuke too since he was the brother to the love of his love, even if he left him.

He didn't care if he lost his life doing it, nothing was going to hurt them anymore.

I was gonna post everyday but I had to take the STARR and then I got lazy.

I want to post every other day but ya girl is lazy😅
