I know I haven't uploaded a new chapter in a while, I just been going through things.
I planned on uploading every week or like that, but obviously that didn't happen. I kept thinking about this book and I still have ideas on how I want it to go. But.... I just was in a place where I thought everything thing I did was wrong. I wrote this so many times just to delete it over and over again. I want to continue this book. But if I take breaks please don't get mad at me I just need some time to myself. If that makes any sense. I really do appreciate every single one of you that reads this. And y'all comments make my day.

Now onto the story.

-------------
3rd pov.

Team seven stood on the sidelines while they watched other genin from different villages fight each other. Sasuke and Kakashi had just come from a private room so they could seal Orochimaru curse mark. Surprisingly, it didn't take long as Kakashi thought it would've. Orochimaru must've been in a rush.

Naruto haven't spoken or looked at his teammates or sensei sense he met up with them.

They all were worried about him, never have they seen him like this. Ino and Shikamaru had tried to talk to him but he had ignored them too.

Sasuke vs Yoroi Akadō

Sakura gave Sasuke a look, and immediately knew what she was saying. He was going against the person who tried to fight them in the Forest of Death. Which ended badly for the sound ninjas, Sasuke and Sakura were by no means weak.

The sound nin looked like he wanted to murder Sasuke for what he did to his arms. Sasuke didn't look affected by the sound nin glare because he wasn't. Even if he was at disadvantage with the curse mark.

Kakashi and Sakura put a hand on his shoulders while Naruto was still zoned out. He jumped in the fighting area and stood on the opposite end of his opponent looking bored while the sound nin spoke about how he was going to beat him and dramatically took off his bandages around his arms.

Sasuke wanted this over as fast as possible. He was tired, he got beaten by a grown man, and worst of all his crush was ignoring any and everything, including him. And that really made his stomach turn.

His opponent ran straight towards him and he jumped over him, careful not to get close enough for his sound waves to do too much damage.

The problem was that he was mostly good at close range combat, not far range. And with how things are going, having to keep his distance and all, this fight was going to take more time than he wanted it to.

-------------
( I really don't know how to write fight scenes)

The fight was over thanks to some taijutsu that his sensei taught him recently.

It was hard not to use his Sharingan when he was so used to doing so. He made it work, but it did put a strain on his eyes.

He could swear the room was spinning a little bit, so as soon as he got to his team, he sat down and let his head rest on the wall.

He heard Kakashi and Sakura say something to him but he couldn't make out the words, it all sounded jumbled together.

Naruto looked over to his crush that was sitting on the floor and looked more pale than he already was.

Naruto wanted to comfort him and ask what was wrong, but words just wouldn't come out of his stupid mouth. He still felt all of the anger, sadness, and insecurity he felt in The Forest of Death.

He tried to get out of the zone he was in, because for Gods sake he needed to over what happened on that night.

But he still felt like that same helpless little kid.

And nothing made him angrier.

He looks at Sasuke the same time Sasuke looks at him and their eyes meet. Sasuke really was a sight for sore eyes. Everything about him was perfect, even his bitchy attitude. Naruto thinks that he liked his attitude the most, Sasuke wouldn't be Sasuke without his sass.

Something in his eyes comforts Naruto, and Naruto could spend all day looking into them.

But, of course, he didn't. He turned away first looking at his fellow jinchuriki crush bushy brows with his sand.

He wasn't even surprised, to be honest, jinchuriki are known to be 'dangerous'. He never seen other jinchuriki, but he could tell that this one was overly violent, too violent.

Gai stopped Gaara from killing Rock Lee and next thing Naruto knows he's fighting Kiba, aka doggy breath.

Kiba was an easy fight, I mean the dude only has one move, fang over fang, and Naruto will be damned if he got hurt by that. He may have used a little too much strength, but he was angry and had to take it out on something. Kiba was just the unlucky thing that got in the way of that anger.

By the time the match was over Kiba was on a stretcher with his dog whimpering by his side. Naruto didn't feel any remorse or guilt, he was still angry though. Which was annoying.

Walking to his team, he kept his hands in pockets and eyes down. He was expecting Kakashi-sensei to tell him off about how reckless he was. But he got a head pat from Kakashi-sensei and a good job from Sakura. And important of all - his favorite -

Sasuke's smlie

Sasuke smiled at him

Him

Before his brain could go into a frenzy, his sensei squeezed his shoulder and said, "We need to talk."

To which he nodded before saying a breathless, "Yeah."

Gods

The effect that Sasuke had on him was unfair. How can someone make someone breathless from a single smile.

He kept replaying Sasuke's smile in mind while he watched Sakura kick some random non-important background character ass.
