"Hey, Lockjaw" I say to the huge teleporting dog sitting beside me "what do you think of 'Tony grabbed Steves hand and pulled him in for a-" no, even I know thats stupid I'll figure it out myself"

"Hurrh" I hear from Lockjaw

"My Stony fanfiction has got like 200 upvotes on Freakingcool.com I need this next chapter to be even better than the last one" I say to the dog even though I know he won't respond

I get a text from the groupchat I have with my best friends that are in on my secret

Guys leave her alone she's probably doing something important

I get up and say a quick goodbye to Ammi who's in the kitchen and head to the Circle Q where Bruno works

"Hey guys" I say when I walk into the shop and see Bruno and Peter talking across the counter

"Where's Ned?" I ask them, I know Mj and Nakia aren't here because they don't know mine and Peters secret identity's

"He's getting his laptop from his house he forgot it" Peter says and smiles at me "you ready to go"

I nod at him and walk to the bathroom at the back of the shop so I can change into my costume

When I get back into the main shop Peter is there in his Spiderman suit and Ned has his laptop open on the floor behind the counter

"You ready, guy in the chair?" I ask him

"All set" Ned says

I smile to Bruno before heading out the front door with Peter right behind me

When I get back home after patrol it's almost 11 and I know Ammi is going to flip, as I walk through the door I see Ammi in the kitchen waiting for me

"Where were you, Kamala? You're an hour late!" She yells and I hear Abu coming down the stairs

"I'm sorry Ammi, I was at the Circle Q and we stayed too late by accident" In say trying to cover where I was

"And were there boys there other than Bruno?" She asks me

"Yeah, I was with Bruno, Peter and Ned" I say knowing that's not the answer she was looking for

"I've never heard of these boys, who are they?" Abu asks and I try to not roll my eyes

"Abu, these boys and MJ too" I say "have been some of my best friends since Bruno, Nakia and I moved to midtown after our school was destroyed, remember?" I ask him
