this is like maybe a 15-20minute 5sos workout!! it's pretty fun actually so workout with me 🙊

1.) don't stop: sit ups and Russian twists

2.) good girls: jumping jacks

3.) what I like about you: lunges then wall sits and or squats

4.) rejects: push-ups!

5.) try hard: high knees!

6.) pizza: run in place!!
