Because I love you! (Leighade)

(Leigh's pov)

"Look I just can't believe you're doing this!" Jade, my best friend, yelled at me.

"Doing what?" I screamed back.

"You know what you did!" Jade shouted.

"Actually no, I don't so please enlighten me Jade!" 

She just rolled her eyes and stormed outside onto the balcony of my house.

I was still feeling fired up from the heat of the argument so I followed her out.

She was leaning against the railings and staring at the city.

When I did the same she purposely avoided my eyes. "Stop distracting me." She growled.

"Excuse me, how am I distracting you?" I snapped.

"You just are!" She ranted, going back in from the balcony before storming out of the front door, slamming it loudly.

Suddenly the severity of this argument hit me and I panicked. 

In all the years me and Jade have been friends we've never, and I mean never, yelled at each other like this.

I slumped down onto the sofa close to tears and decided to call Jesy. 

She'd probably be able to help me figure this out.

I called her and she picked up almost immediately.

"JESY!" 

"Jesus, calm down Leigh. You're yelling right down my ear.

"Oh um, sorry but something bad has happened!" 

"Okay babes. Take a deep breath and tell me from the start. Slowly."

"Okay, well as you know, Jade came over to mine today but we got into a fight and now she's mad at me for god knows what and what if she hates me and-"

"This is what I mean by calm down and tell me slowly Leigh. You're practically speaking a mile a minute."

"I'm sorry I-" I was about to apologize again but instead I found myself bursting into tears.

"Oh now I feel terrible. Leigh? Please don't cry." Jesy's voice called from the other end of the line.

"No it's not you..." I sniffled "Jesy I love her! Like really love her! Even if it is one sided as a crush, I still can't handle losing my best friend."

"Babes, calm down. You could never lose her. All friends fight. You're still if not anything else to her, her best friend. You'll make up soon."

"Okay." I mumured, wiping the tears that were rolling down my face.

(Jade's pov)

I stood in the street in the cold, mentally cursing at myself for not bringing a jacket.

I sighed before remembering Perrie lives near here.

I might have to go to her house, considering I just stormed out of Leigh's.

I walked over to her house and knocked on the door.

I heard a cheery "Coming!" That's Pez, always happy and bubbly. 

She opened the door "Jade! Hun, are you okay? You look absolutely freezing and I thought you were at Leigh's tonight anyway." She questioned, giving me a concerned look.

That's another quality about her, she's very caring.

She invited me into her house before sitting me on the couch and wrapping me up in a blanket.
