Flowers (Leighade)

(Jade's pov) 

I woke up in a hospital bed, feeling weird and woozy.

"Jade! Shit are you okay?" Someone yelled. I turned my head to see Perrie, my best friend, grasping onto my hand like her life depended on it.

"I think so." I mumured, sitting up gingerly, extremely confused as to what was going on.

"Wait! Hold on, I'll go get a doctor!" Perrie exclaimed, running out of the room.

"Okay..." I whispered. 

What the hell happened?

(Leigh's pov)

I got a call titled as Pezza so I picked it up.

"Hey Pez."

"Hey. Um I know I only recently introduced you to my best friend Jade but as you know her you deserve to know this."

"Know what?"

"Jade's in the hospital."

" Holy crap! Why?"

"She was involved in a car crash." 

"Oh gosh. What happened?" 

"Well she's okay-ish. She could be better, but it could be worse."

"Okay... can I come and see her?"

"Sure." 

"Okay I'll be there in 10."

I put down the phone and took a deep breath.

I met Jade the other week through Perrie.

We both knew Perrie well and she obviously thought our personalities would gel.

She was very right. We immediately started talking and it was like I'd known Jade for years.

And I may have developed a not- so -tiny crush on her in that time.

On the way to the hospital I stopped to pick up some flowers for Jade.

When I found out where she was I entered the room to find not only her, but Perrie and Jesy, her two best friends, asleep.

I smiled at the sight and snuck in and left the flowers on her bedside table and not wanting to disturb her or wake her up, I left.

(Jade's pov)

I woke up the next morning , being brushed by a flower in my face.

I batted it away, sitting up carefully again and spotting a flower bouquet next to me. 

Perrie and Jesy were back with me again.

"Jade! How are you feeling baba?" Perrie asked with a bright smile.

"I'm okay, but babes?"

"Hm?" 

"Did either you or Jes bring me some flowers?" I asked, gesturing to the bouquet.

"No..." they both said in unison, turning towards the bouquet like it was the first time they'd seen it.

" Can't say I noticed babe, but I didn't get you flowers. Although should I?" Jesy panicked.

"No babe, it's fine, I don't need flowers." I waved my hand dismissively. "It's sweet though." I picked it up to see if there was a name tag or anything. 

"You're absolutely sure, neither of you got me flowers." 

"Positive." Perrie said.

"If you're sure..." I said.
