Lana did her usual morning ritual, which she usually did with Billy. 
But this time it was with Steve. 
Lana sat on the back patio with her coffee, lighting up a cigarette while Steve sat across from her and they casually chatted. 
Visions of Billy ran through her head while Steve was talking. 












Lana drifted into her dreamland where only her and Billy existed.
Her safe place.
Where Billy wasn't possessed. 
Where they were happy. 
Where nothing bad could touch them.

Steve said while he was snapping his fingers in Lana's face.
She blinked a few times and He chuckled at her.










"You are a total space cadet, Woods." 
He said to Her and she flipped him off jokingly, taking a sip of her coffee.










"Don't you have to get ready for work, dork?" 
Lana said and Steve made a face at her.










"I can always stay here, you know,
In case some shit goes down." 
He said sincerely while she smiled softly at him.









Lana was truly blessed to have such a caring and loving friend. 
Steve was her other half, friend wise.
But no one could replace Her Gavin.
