The Flayed Creature came crashing through the Sky Window as glass went shattering everywhere and Lana shielded herself.
Lana knew now, The Battle of Starcourt had begun.
Everyone was prepared and ready.
Lana looked up as The Flayed Creature hovered above her. It leaned down in front of Her and let out a bloodcurdling squeal, showing its million of jagged teeth.
Lana took in a deep breath, stepping back quickly and focusing herself.
Billy, Steve, Jim, and Joyce immediately started to open fire.
Nancy and Jonathan exited the Jcpennys and opened fire as well. The creature let out a snarl and started to stalk towards them, knocking down signs as they came crashing down, glass shattering everywhere.
Lana heard Jane scream and then heard that wet sickening sound as skin started to drip to the floor. Lana felt her hands burning again. She quickly looked down and saw them glowing. Flames were softly glowing from her palms.
Lana's eyes widened and she suddenly pushed her hands forward and a leg ripped clean off of the Flayed Creature. It shrieked out and opened it's mouth while Lana screamed and it stepped back.
The kids were at middle level, as Lucas put one of the fireworks in his slingshot, getting ready.
As everyone was shooting at the Mindflayer, Lana suddenly looked over and saw Anthony coming at Her.
