Lana sat on The Byers couch while everyone clapped and cheered for her when Billy brought out the blue balloons smiling widely.
The moment seemed to move more slowly for her.
She felt out of her body. 
Everything was changing. 











Everyone was there.
The Byers, Jim and Jane Hopper, Steve Harrington, Max Mayfield, Mike and Nancy Wheeler, Dustin Henderson and Lucas Sinclair. 
Gavin was there in spirit, Lana felt it.
She gazed up at Billy and He just smiled adoringly at her, leaning down to kiss her.











Soon after, Joyce brought out a cake with blue edges around it and everyone grabbed a plate. 
Max felt an immense sense of excitement, even though she isn't blood related, She considered herself an aunt to Lana's unborn son none the less. 
Jim was beside himself with joy. 
He was so proud of how far Lana had come and had no doubt in his mind that she will make an incredible mother. 









"Congratulations little momma." 
Joyce told Lana lovingly as Billy took a seat next to her. 
Lana nodded contentedly at her and Billy softly grabbed her hand. 
Everyone was chatting and Lana finally spoke up. 









"Steve." 
She started and he gazed over at her, chewing his food. 










"Yes Lana?" 
He answered sweetly.
Billy glanced at her, not knowing what was going on. 










"Will you be Gavin Junior's Godfather?" 










Everyone stopped what they were doing and stared over at Steve. 
Billy let a smile slip. 
They may have been "Enemies" before, but He proved himself to be a worthy friend. 
Steve smiled at Lana overjoyed.









"Of course I will Lana." 
He replied proudly.
