Two days had passed since the run in with Billy. 
Everyone was immediately alerted. 
Lana had stayed at Jim's after that fatal night.
Joyce came by earlier to make sure she was okay. 
Steve also stayed with Her, sleeping right next to the couch where she slumbered. 











But Lana had this feeling Anthony was waiting for Her. 
And she wanted to end this.
But she knew it wasn't that simple. 
She couldn't put anyone else in danger. 
She had already gotten Steve hurt badly. 
She refused to intentionally put anyone else in harms way. 











When Lana awoke the next day she started to get dressed in her old clothes while Jim was making coffee and some Eggos for everyone. 










"Where are you going?" 
He asked while Steve sat up from the floor, groggily wiping his eyes. 









"I can feel Anthony." 
Lana answered bluntly while pulling her hair in a bun. 







Steve started to wake up more and stood up quickly.









"Lana...." 
He started 









"I can't keep putting all of your lives in danger. If I need you, I'll let you know." 
Lana promised reassuringly 








"But I do need a ride." 
She then said, flashing Steve a smile and He just groaned. 








Jim handed Jane a plate of eggos while He gave Lana a worried look.
Jane wore the same expression. 









"I know it sounds crazy, but ever since I almost died... I came back stronger. I froze Billy." 
Lana stated while Jane's eyes widened. 
Jim glanced at Jane then back to Lana. 










"I can heal faster" 
Lana then said. 











"I need you guys to trust me. I don't care what it takes. I'm going to destroy him once and for all." 
She added brazenly.
Silence filled the air for a few moments before Jane finally spoke up first.









"I believe you." 
Jane said smiling and Lana smiled back at her widely.









"I do too." 
Steve said putting his arm around Lana's shoulder.









"You can do anything you set your mind to, kiddo." 
Jim then said confidently and Lana smiled fondly at him.
