~Gryffindor common room~

Isabel woke up to the sound of the four Marauders tumbling down the stairs to the boy's dormitories.

Isabel sat up on the couch to gain a better view of the commotion, careful not to wake Marlene. She saw the boys on the floor at the bottom of the stairs all piled on top of each other.

Poor Peter was underneath each boy being squished by their weight.

Remus on top of him, trying to gather his books which had fallen out of his arms as they fell over.

Sirius was on top of Remus, trying to flatten down his messy hair, more worried about his appearance than bothering to move. Usually, his hair was in a man bun held up by his wand or a pencil he had borrowed from Lily or just left down, falling to his chin with curls at the tips. Sirius advices anyone to wash their hands before they touch his hair. Self-centred git. Although, one time he allowed Isabel to put it in a bun for him. Now, he asks her to do his hair like that from time to time.

James was on top of Sirius, trying to place his glasses back securely on his nose. He quickly got up off the boys.

"Wormtail, you idiot!" James whined, "Why did you leave a half eaten sugar quill on the floor for some idiots to trip on?"

Peter squirmed underneath the other two, "Well I didn't think those idiots would be us!"

Isabel rolled her eyes and suppressed a smile at their stupidness. Isabel noticed Marlene was still asleep next to her. Her messy blonde curls covered her face and she was lightly snoring under her breath. How is she still sleeping over all the noise? 

Sirius and Remus groaned as they got up on their feet. The four boys then made their way over to where Marlene and Isabel were laying on the couch by the fireplace.

"Good morning, sister!" James said, cheerily, as if nothing had happened.

"Good morning, sleep well?" Isabel asked as she laughed at his stupidness.

Isabel waited patiently for Marlene to brush her blonde curls in their dorm so they could go to breakfast.

When they got up to their dorm, Lily was already waiting and ready to go, holding her book bag that was neatly packed for the school day. Her perfectly straight, red hair was neatly tied into a low pony tail, she was dressed in her Gryffindor robes and she had a light layer of makeup on wearing: mascara, a light pink blush and filled in her eyebrows. Lily always had an extra hair band on her wrist due to Sirius stealing the one out of her hair so he can tie up his own whenever he wanted. After two years of this, she had gotten used to the fact he does this and always carries spares.
