MISSY MORENO

I sat in the ship's hospital wing, wrapped up all over the place and stilted and casted all over. Wildcard was there, too, watching a funny movie with me. And Slo-mo walked in all slow-like, bringing us popcorn and throwing it up in the air only to catch it with his mouth.

"Missy! Wildcard!"

A-Capella walked in.

"We're heading onto Earth right now!"

We got off the hospital beds and sat on wheelchairs--just for fun to see what it's like to be Wheels--and wheeled into the main room.

"Hey," I said, seeing Wheels eye-level to my face, "This is super weird!"

Wildcard peered at his best friend.

"Yeah... it is weird! I'm so used to Wheels' head being at my waist!"

"Yesterday night," Fast Forward said, grabbing a soda can, "Stupidest movie ever."

"That's what made it fun to watch!" I replied, sipping my own soda.

"Yeah," Wildcard nodded, agreeing with me.

"My dad told me not to drink Red Bull," Facemaker said, sipping the can, "But how can I help it when this thing tastes so darn good?!"

"Red Bull has cow sperm in it."

Facemaker spit it out.

"WHAT?!"

"Yeah. You're gonna have a bull baby."

Facemaker ran for the bathroom.

"Red Bull doesn't have--" Wheels started but I smirked at him, cutting him off.

"I'm not letting you guys get in trouble because you're too hyper," I shrugged, "Might've pranked him a little."

"You are bad." Wildcard whistled.

"Yep, but I'm bad for a purpose, unlike you and Noodles."

"Seriously?" Noodles whined.

"I'm gonna try and barf that bull sperm out of my system," he gagged, "But I can't!"

"Oof," I pretended to wince.

"She's joking," Fast Forward finally said when I couldn't hold my laughter anymore.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHA!" I laughed, throwing my head back and letting my hair fall behind me.

"What?"

"Red Bull doesn't have bull sperm in it!" I chuckled, "I did it as a prank!"

"Aw..." Facemaker looked into his can of Red Bull, "But now all I think about is bull sperm... Thanks for ruining Red Bull, Missy!"

"You're welcome!" I called to him, laughing even more.

"You're one sick chick," Wildcard chuckled.

"And you and Noodles are double trouble."

___

"YEAH!" we all yelled when we made it off the spaceship and onto Earth's surface.

"You're not staying?" I asked Ojo as she stayed on the ship.

"No, sorry. I have to get back to Ogima and tend to my people. But it was really nice to see you again. I'll visit soon!"

"Bye!" I gave her a huge hug, "You saved us."

"No. You saved us," Ojo gave me a soft smile.

We all waved goodbye to her as she flew back up into the sky and headed for the Earth's atmosphere. Well, we didn't have time to look because cameras popped out everywhere.

"Missy Moreno! Missy Moreno! HEROICS! JUNIOR HEROICS!"

"The f--" Wildcard was cut off when a news reporter rammed a microphone into his face.

"MISSY MORENO!"

"WHAT?!" I screamed back.

"Is it true? That you survived a fall into a gorge and you got powers?"

"WHAT?!" everyone screamed, "How'd they--"

I stared at the screens they had put up in front of me. It was a playback of what had happened on the planet--oh my gosh... they were streaming us LIVE the whole time!

"YOU WERE STREAMING US LIVE?!" Wildcard screeched.

"Maybe," a news reporter shrugged before shoving the microphone in my face, "Is it true?"

I snapped my fingers and his microphone burst into flame.

"Did that answer your question?"

He quickly ran for it.

"So tell me," a female news reporter came over, "You and Wildcard are dating--"

"WHA--"

"Don't deny it! We have it on camera!"

"NO!" I groaned when they showed us a clip of Wildcard getting dragged away and then another clip of all the sweet things he said and then another clip of Wildcard kissing me when we met together.

"Lady," Wildcard came up and froze her microphone, "WE DON'T WANT THE ATTENTION SO JUST BACK YOUR CAMERAS OFF AND LEAVE US ALONE RIGHT NOW!"

"Facemaker is it true you're gonna have a bull baby--"

"SHUT UP!" Facemaker screamed.

We all began to run for it, stopping the Q&A and beginning the chase. We found the door to our house and opened it, shoving the door right in their faces.

"This whole thing is getting out of control," I exhaled.

"Yeah," Wildcard gave me a look, "We noticed."

I sighed, sitting down on the couch.

"Shut the blinds, make sure every entrance is locked, and let's watch a movie and get some private time AWAY FROM PEOPLE!"

We all cheered and flopped down in the living room. And staring at Wildcard's face in the middle of all the privacy made me realize... I needed to take a shower. No, no, no, I didn't realize that, don't worry, I'm not an idiot, but... it made me realize it was time to tell him my secret. No matter if it would make me look bad or not.

"Wildcard... can you come with me?"

He nodded, confused. I pulled him up to our regular spot in the lounge room--which we called the Mildcard room because we're stupid and have too many extra little rooms--and sat him down on the couch.

"So... what do you wanna talk about?"

"You know how I told you about Aaron? And how I don't date?"

Wildcard frowned, staring at me.

"Yeah...?"

"Well... I dated someone and lied to you."

"What? Missy... why would you do that?"

"But that's not the worst thing. I did it because you'd hate who I had dated."

"Who did you date?"

I winced and let the name get barfed out of my mouth.

"Ben."
