AU Explanation

So, here we go...I guess..!

Question: Why is Maki with Kokichi? Is she dead as well?

Answer: In the post-game, Maki is still alive. Kokichi is actually in a different AU. I'm sorry if this is too vague, I'm just going off of the original book!

That was just a question from someone in the comments. Now, I'll go onto the more detailed explanation.

I showed you all a glimpse of the Post-game AU, where everyone who participated in NDRV3 is alive, all except for Kokichi. Kokichi has been reincarnated into a more personal AU, yet it is still based off of the original book. Original child Kokichi was...deleted..? Out of existence when the Kokichi from the dead post-game AU took up the body. Maki is with Kokichi for plot purposes. All the other young NDRV3 participants will soon appear, and if you read the original book, you'd know where they appear. Chisa Yukizome is the caretaker, and Mahiru Koizumi is the helper. The additional workers at Happy Dreams Daycare are Hiyoko and Teruteru.

Teruteru works there as a cook, and has a part time job as a cook in a highschool.

Hiyoko is a fill in for Mahiru on Mondays, Fridays, and other days, if Mahiru is sick or hurt.

Chisa actually lives in the orphanage. It used to be her home, until she found all the orphans, not including Maki and Kokichi, at her random places. It will soon be explained on how Maki and Kokichi came to the orphanage.

I called the orphanage Happy Dreams Daycare because of a certain video...(WARNING:CUSSING...I think...)

Wanna know what happened to the SDR2 cast?
We already know what Fuyuhiko, Peko, Chisa, Mahiru, Hiyoko, and Teruteru do! Now, on with the..characters who don't matter/their occupations don't matter..I think.
Nagito-His luck be dropping in that faster than any job in the world. The first job he had...uhm..which match brand did he use again?
Hajime- A normal business man, whose salary is higher than his own co-workers. He doesn't even know that himself. Wanna know why? Nagito threatened his boss. Blackmail, arson threats, family threats, the usual!
Chiaki-A youtuber, streamer, and an occasional hacker for the Kuzuryuu clan.
Akane-She is a coach at a gymnastic center.
Nekomaru-He owns a gymnastic center, and a gym.
Imposter-He makes costumes for a living.
Ibuki-She has an entire band. Her creativity has gotten more child friendly, and now she makes songs of encouragement and hope! Nagito usually puts her songs about hope on repeat.
Mikan-She owns a nursing school, and teaches young children about the human anatomy, the right way to bandage a physical wound, fill ins for hard-to-find medicines, etc.
Gundham-He owns an animal shelter, and he has a youtube channel where he records his pets doing abnormal tricks. Not dark magic though.
Sonia-Don't mention the fact that her kingdom doesn't show up on google maps. She is the queen of Novoselic, and comes every year for about 3 months to visit all her friend in Japan, and catch up.
Kazuichi- He's a mechanic, and Kiibos' creator. He created Kiibo as a robot that would grow up, and age, both mentally and physically, like a human. Chihiro helped. Don't come at me saying that Professor Idabashi was Kiibos' creator, please. Those memories were fake. Kiibos' last name will be Souda. Wait, this is about Kazuichi, why am I talking about Kiibo?
