49- Losing My Life

"Listen man! If you speak the truth that why you choosed to be with Galitzine, I promise you'll never get punished.." Brent said trying to convince him while Shawn chewed his anger which was constantly arising in him for last half an hour.

"You think you're too smart hun!" Diego chuckled taunting Shawn and Brent who were in investigation room with him. "I'm not gonna open my mouth..do whatever you want." He challenged smiling specifically at Shawn.

"Galitzine would be in jail sooner or later but you'd be killed by my hands right now." Shawn spat while Brent stopped him grabbing his hand which curled into a fist.

"Shawn please! I'm talking." Brent warned him before turning back to Diego.

"You wanna know Why I became a bad boy..so listen, I did that for my love." Diego told looking at Shawn. He wanted to provoke a reaction from Shawn. "Not for Galitzine and Shawn knows very well who is my love..my life Camila to whom he married but he don't know that I'm gonna steal her from him very soon."

"Enough!" Shawn's jaw clenched in anger as he quickly stood up but Brent came in a way.

"Take him back to the cell." Brent ordered the security officer who came and freed his handcuff from the table to take him outside. He gave Shawn a wicked smirk as he was moving outside while Shawn just gave him death stares cause Brent was keeping him in his place.

"Sit down." Brent told Shawn but he didn't move. "I said sit down Shawn!" This time Shawn sighed and followed his orders. "Listen! I know you don't like him, probably hate him and the second you see him you wanna take his breath away but believe me you'll rot in jail if you'd practically act on your thoughts."

"So what you want me to do...kiss his face for saying my wife's name again and again from his fuckin mouth."

"I didn't say it Shawn..but you know you're an investigating officer and a spy before a husband or a lover to someone else.. you're on your duty here, I know you fell in love with a girl who was suppose to be part of your task but you'd have to keep your personal life and job separate of one another."

Shawn sighed playing with his fingers. "Alright! I understood..I'm sorry, I'll try to control my temper from now on."

"Good!" Brent said rubbing his shoulder. "How's Camila by the way?"

"She's fine..I'm going to take her on our first real date today."

"You're taking her out?"

"Yeah! Is there any problem?"

"Nothing..it's fine, enjoy!" Brent told him smiling.

"Did you guys get any information about Hannah yet or not?" Shawn asked.

"We didn't Shawn..and that's not good you know, she will be here somewhere but we can't find her... she's dangerous if she'd remain free for more days.. Anyways Camila is really important to us right now, she has to show herself in court in two days so we could further proceed the order of Galitzines arrest in Miami...." Brent sighed.

"I know....I gotta go now." Shawn said and left the room while Brent sat there to study some papers before leaving.

Love wasn't exciting for Shawn since forever. He liked things but he had nobody in his life to whom he could love, for whom he could think before going on risky missions and putting his life in danger. He knew there would no one who would mourn on his death. There would be no one who'd be waiting for him.

But now everything was changed suddenly. He had someone for whom he could care about, for whom he could think about. He was in love and though he was loving this new feeling, he was also scared of the consequences. Before nothing on earth was able to make him weak but now Camila became his weakness.
