48- Found A Love

"I love you Camila." He said caressing her cheeks as he took her face in his hands. "I realised it when you got kidnapped, I realised how badly I missed you and how I will die if I ever lose you..I'm so in love with you." He said giving a kiss on her forehead as tears fell from Camila's eyes. She didn't say anything cause she has no words to say. She was still going through the trauma of her kidnap and Shawn's sudden confession took her remaining power of thinking away.

"I-" She tried to say something feeling her throat getting dried.

"It's okay, you don't have to answer me. You've to rest properly, then think about it and then tell me.. alright?" He asked with a smile and she noded in agreement.

Shawn drove her back to his condo, so that she could rest. He was determined to take great care of her from now on. Camila knew she was left with the only trustworthy man in the world who was Shawn. She was already in love with him. All the time when he was lying to her, she was really falling for him. That's why she got so broken when she came to know about the reality.

"Good morning sweetheart!" Shawn said lovingly to Camila as he came in her room to wake her up. It was a day since they got back from hospital and Shawn was treating her like she was the queen of the world. He made breakfast, lunch and dinner with his own hands for her and left her alone in his bed when she went to sleep. His extremely gentle attitude was making Camila suspicious and surprise at the same time.

"Did you sleep well?" He asked taking seat near her on his bed.

"Yeah" Camila replied rubbing her eyes as she got up. "Shawn I want to ask you something."

"What?"

"Why are you so kind with me? Is it your another task or something?" She asked.

"Camila!" He said and held her face in his both hands. "I told you that I fell in love with you and I mean every word of it. I just wanted you to forgive me for my past deeds. I shouldn't have deceived you but I had no other choice."

"Do you really love me?" She asked grabbing his wrists near her face.

"Yes I really love you, I swear."

"Ok then..I love you too." She told him and Shawn's face started glowing like a bulb.

"Are you serious?" He asked in disbelief.

"Of Course Shawn I'm serious." She told him and he didn't wait to kiss her mouth right there.

"You made my whole day...I love you." He said giving her a tight hug.

It was the most beautiful moment in Shawn's life. For the first time in his life he found his real love. A girl he wanted to marry for real. Finally he found someone he could initiate his family with. After being all alone by himself for his whole life, he had someone who could make him feel worthy.

"I want someone very special.. something which no one had ever did for a girl." Shawn told Zayn. He asked Zayn to help him arrange a perfect date for his proposal to Camila.

"Alright." Zayn said thinking. "Like you want something like movies..."

"It may sound cliche but Yeah I would like to propose her the way hero does in a movie..like I want her to feel so special." He explained.

"So you should do something special which she likes."

"She likes books I guess and dancing too..she's a ballet dancer actually." Shawn told Zayn.

"No way, Camila is a dancer and you're telling me now."

"What would you do if I told you before?"

"Nothing but at least I would know." Zayn said scratching his neck. "So do one thing....make a reservation in a restaurant the whole private reservation with candle light dinner, romantic lights and music and dance with her."

"What? Dance? You know I can't dance."

"You can do anything if you want Shawn and for the girl you're going to propose you've to do it." Zayn declared.

"Okay then?"

"Then tell her how much you want her and love her before kneeling down and offering her a beautiful ring."

"Right." Shawn sighed. "What if she'd reject me."She would never reject you Shawn..she's already your wife." Zayn said laughing.

"But still.."

"Is the great fighter Shawn Mendes feeling weak for a girl..." Zayn teased.

"She isn't just a girl..she's my life now."

"Ahm..I kinda like Shawn in love."

"Wish me luck man!" Shawn said taking in his anxiousness.

"Don't worry.. she'd be so happy and accept your proposal."

"I really hope so." Shawn told Zayn before leaving.

Camila switched the channels again and again as she couldn't find a suitable channel to watch. She was waiting for Shawn desperately. After his confession, she couldn't stop thinking about him. Knowing that someone loves her more than their own life was making her head over heels for him.

"Camila.." Gigi said offering her a coffee.

"Thanks." She replied taking the mug. Gigi was staying with Camila as Shawn left for work. After that incident, Shawn couldn't leave her alone in his apartment nor he could trust someone except Gigi. Gigi was also taking a break from the work cause doctor told her rest for week due to her pregnancy and in that way, she got to spend her time with Camila.

"So what's your plan?" Gigi asked watching TV as she took a sip.

"About what?"

"About future." Gigi shrugged. "How long would you remain hidden in there."

"I don't know..but Shawn told me that I need to stay at home until the suspects would get arrested." Camila told her.

"Yeah that's the issue but after that you've to do something.."

"I'm thinking of joining a dance theatre here.." Camila said looking at the TV screen.

"Dance theatre?" Gigi asked in surprise. "You didn't tell me before that you can dance."

"I didn't get a chance to tell you before."

"Perhaps! But it would be amazing if you'd join a dance theatre...I know someone, I'd talk about you."

"Really!!! Thank you so much." Camila said with happy face as the doorbell rang.

"I think Shawn had come." Gigi said as she got up, grabbing her bag before opening the door.

"Thanks Gigi! Zayn is waiting for you in the parking lot." Shawn told her.

"You're welcome.. goodnight." She replied smiling as she waved him goodbye.

Shawn moved inside, desperate to kiss Camila and as soon as she stood up from the couch to greet him, he captured her lips in his own.

"I took off tomorrow so I could show you my city." Shawn told her pulling away.

"Really!" She replied in excitement.

"Yep.. We'll go out tomorrow... you'd really enjoy it, I promise." He said as he tucked her hair tendrils behind her ears.
