"No." He replied without any hesitation or doubt.
"What do you mean by no?" Brent was taken by a surprise.
"No means no...It means she won't get involved in your mess. Her life is still in danger. She failed the death but lost her ability to stand on her feet. She's still on the hospital bed. I know how difficult it was to see her fighting for her life. I can't put her in the same position again."
"But Shawn it's your case. It was about to get solved. Her one statement would put Galitzine behind bars for a good time."
"It was my case...It isn't anymore Brent. You kicked me out by yourself. " He replied with a stern look.
"Oh so if that's the matter I can pull you back in it."
"It won't matter now. I just know that I can't risk her life but I do wanna take revenge from Galitzine."
"And you can do that by involving Camila only."
"I know but not now. Let them relax and then I'll play my card. Until Camila would recover from her emotional and physical state let them have fun." He declared.

"It looks like it will rain.." Shawn said as he examined the weather outside while standing in his window. "Do you wanna eat something?" He turned to face Camila who was laying in the bed with her back rested on a headboard.
Since the moment Camila came to know about her condition and that she won't be able to walk, she was quiet. She was discharged from hospital after a month of being hospitilized but it felt like she lost her ability to speak too. Shawn tried to make her smile and talk to him but he didn't wanna force her to do that. Therefore he let her be and gave her time to recover from the trauma.
"Hey!" He said as he came near and sat closer to her on a bed. She was looking down in her lap, playing with her fingers. "Honey! Look at me. " Picking up her chin by his finger, he gestured her to look in his face. "Are you alright?" He asked and she just noded to which Shawn sighed.
It was so long time since he heard her voice. The only words she managed to say was yes or no and even that happened so rarely. He was tired of waiting now.
"You know how difficult it is for me to endure your silence ?" He asked but she looked down again. She was alive but it seemed like the Camila in her just died. "Stop doing it Camila. I'm begging you. Talk to me. Tell me atleast how you feel. I can do anything for you love."
"I can't dance now." She finally replied quietly still looking in her lap. She was looking cute in her red short frock ending on her thighs, she wore after getting her legs massage by the lady Shawn hired for Camila to give her massage daily.
"You wanna dance?"
"I want to.." She paused. "I thought I'd join a dance theatre soon." She took a sigh. "But now I'd spend all my days on bed."
"You don't have to stay in bed...if you want to go outside then just use your wheelchair or tell me, I'll carry you everywhere you want."
"You won't be with me all the time.."
"I will be with you all the time till you get recovered from all the pain." He told her taking her hands in his own hands.
"But your work, gym..what about that." The first time she lifted her head up to see him.
"I'll see about that but as far as I'll find a nurse whom I could trust, I'll be here with you."
"All the time?" She asked with her big puppy eyes.
"All the time." He assured giving her a smile. "Come on." He said pulling her forward. Sliding his one arm around her back, he carried her in a bridal style.
"What are you doing?" She asked in confusion.
"You wanted to dance...we'll dance." He told.
"But how?"
"You'll see." He said making his way to his terrace. He sat her on the wooden table and then pulled her legs apart so she could cling on his body like a koala as he picked her up. Her limbs were lifeless, so he hooked her one leg around his waist while carried her by his other hand holding her waist.

Shawn sang slightly swinging her in his arms. A smile tugged on her lips after a long time.

He sang and she started giggling in his arms. Shawn's face started flushing with joy, giving him strength to continue the act.

Listening to our favourite song
Her breath seemed to get slower and steady and shawn's just synchronised with it as they couldn't hear the sound of a thunder now, getting lost in their own little world, staring in each other's eyes, holding each other strong.
When you said you look so mess
I whispered underneath my breath
You heard it
Darling you look perfect tonight...
He finished. There noses touching each other, taking each other's breath. The air around them was getting thicker.
"Remember when I told you to sing a song for me as your last task but you refused and now you're singing me songs." She reminded him.
"I didn't sing for anyone in years. I did it alone when no one was nearby but now I'd love to sing songs for you." He told her as she felt a first drop of rain falling on her skin.
"It's raining. " She said with a joy throwing back her head to look up in the sky.
"Yeah..." The rain suddenly started pouring. "Do you wanna go in."Shawn noticed her shrinking in cold water dripping on her skin.
"No!" She announced smiling so hard.
Shawn stared at her in awe. She was looking perfect and the most beautiful girl on earth. He moved closer to her face and kissed her cheek. She was caught off guard at a sudden touch as her smile vanished. Her breath hitched as she saw Shawn staring at her with lust in his eyes and the moment she realised that he crashed his lips on her, making her moan his name.
