It was a beautiful day in the Mushroom Kingdom. People from all over were coming to a special event being held at Princess Peach's castle. The room was alive with noise and laughter. We find the heroes of the Kingdom Mario and Luigi talking with their youngest brother (y/n).
(Y/N): Congratulations again guys. This is really quite the party Peach has thrown.
Mario: Thank you.
Luigi: Well this is a big day in the Kingdom and it doesn't hurt when both of us are to be married to princesses. Speaking of which, I should go find Daisy before the speech.
Mario: Bye.
(Y/N): Heroes of the Kingdom and soon to be married to princesses. Mom and dad would be so proud of you two.
Mario: Thank you. I'm sure they are and one day you'll make them proud too. Maybe not by marrying a princess or saving the day, but maybe doing something small that suits you like writing. You could write a book about me and Luigi. I am sure it will be a bestseller.
(y/n) just nodded along with whatever Mario was saying.
The room soon grew quiet as Princess Peach was about to give a Speech.
Princess Peach: I would like to thank all of you for coming to this wonderful event. As many of you know today where are celebrating one year of peace and prosperity since Mario and Luigi defeated Bowser and King Boo. I would like to invite those two up here now.
They joined Peach on stage and the people in attendance cheered. They smiled and waved before talking about a bow.
Princess Peach: Would you two like to say anything?
Mario: I think I speak for both of us when I say we love you to our soon to be brides. I also invite everyone here to join us on the dance floor to celebrate.
Everyone moved to the dance floor except for (y/n) who just watched from the sidelines with some of the other toads. A few hours into the party everyone stopped when a loud explosion was heard. Within seconds a huge cannon ball broke through one of the walls sending people into a panic. A few more cannonballs were fired and enemies broke in. (y/n) helped defeat a few of the enemies to protect some of the toads.
Mario: (y/n) get everyone to safety and let the heroes do our job.
Mario and Luigi used fireflowers to power up and started taking out enemies. (y/n) had gotten most of the people to safety except for the princesses who refused to leave.
(Y/N): Please we need to leave.
Daisy: We are not leaving them behind.
Peach: We stay together.
Just then another cannonball took out a support holding up the roof. (y/n) and the princesses were separated. (y/n) was stuck under the rubble. During the fighting a ghost appeared, but it couldn't have been King Boo could it.
Luigi: King Boo?
Mario: I thought you defeated him last time.
