Larry: Hello to you too..

Lau: Shut the fuck up Larry

Larry: Oh fuck off

He stood up with Ava and grabbed the bag of money putting it on his shoulder. Ava got into the taxi quietly not know to be afraid of Larry and Laurent fighting or of Laurent screaming at her. Larry got in after her and slammed the door shut.

Lau: Take us back to before.

She looked up at Laurent and he gave her a look that sent chills down her back.

Lau: I'll deal with you later.

She looked at Larry as if she wanted him to defend her.

Larry: I told you to stay home.

Ava: I just-

Lau: Don't.

She stopped mid sentence and looked down. Larry had this funny smirk on his face which she noticed. The ride home was quiet but fast. Laurent tipped the taxi man and they all walked into the lobby. When they got into the elevator Laurent finally spoke.

Lau: Souhaitez-vous expliquer? (You wanna explain?)

Larry: Ne me bébé pas (Don't baby me)

Lau: Stop acting like one.

Larry: I got the money we needed

Lau: You got followed

The elevator dinged and Laurent walked out first. He put his hand on the tablet and opened the apartment door. He went to the fridge and took out a bottle of scotch and grabbed a glass pouring the cup half way full. He sat on the couch and took a sip of his drink.

Lau: Have a seat

Ava sat down on the couch across from him and Larry locked the door.

Larry: I'll tell my side of the story. As I was going out to get this...

He threw the bag of money at Laurent's feet.

Larry: I was about to leave when Ava caught me. I asked her to go back to bed and to not tell you. Because you're obviously against us leaving. So she used that against me and said if I didn't take her she'd tell you. So I took her and kept her in the car. When I went to pick up the money someone followed us and he'd her at gun point in the car. Yeah it's my fault

Lau: We needed that money yeah. But you need to stop doing irresponsible shit because you begin to feel spontaneous-

Larry: You got kidnapped because you can't let anything go. You just had to try and find Noah.

Laurent stood quiet.

Larry: I did my job like I normally do. Your only mad because Ava was involved.

Ava: I'm sorry...

Lau: You're gonna be sorry

Ava: But I didn't-

Lau: I know. It's harmless but you obviously don't like to listen. I'm sure I told you not to leave the apartment.

Ava: I know and I won't do it again...

Lau: I know you won't

He drunk the entire glass and set it down on the table.

Larry: I'm going to watch whatever this is.

Lau: Get up
