Then they talked for about another 2 hours and the Leaf (Legolas = Green Leaf) sensed - thanks to his elven abilities - that there is such a strange - but happy and good - "aura" around Aragorn that fascinated him. Since it was almost 11 o'clock, the two men decided to go to bed.
Legolas View:
After we said goodbye and said good night, before I fell asleep, I thought again about what had happened that day - evening - but mainly I tried to explain the strange "aura" I felt when I was at Aragorn.
And so, for the first time, I fell asleep thinking about Aragorn.
Morning:

When Legolas woke up in the morning, he also started thinking about Aragorn again, but you said he didn't know people that well, so it's normal. No, not only Aragorn has this "aura". His subconscious told him.
He met him again for breakfast, but this time they were sitting at the same table talking.
