Accident...

Bella's P.O.V

We were sitting at the table eating the pasta that they made. It was delicious!

Aria – Who did the most?

James – Our chef today is Alexander Simmons.

Bella – It's delicious congrats!

Alex – Thanks.

We talked for a while as we were appreciating the amazing food! It's good to see everyone getting along and Jennifer occasionally getting along with most people. We quickly finished our meal but stayed at the table talking a bit more.

Host – I hope you guys enjoyed your meal, now it's time for James and Alex to choose a door. The rest of you can stay here!

Alex – Well guys, we'll see you later. *He said as he and James stood up and started to walk away*

Aria – I wonder what door they'll choose!

James' P.O.V

We got out of the kitchen and walked to the room where we were supposed to choose one of the three still closed doors. I've got an uneasy feeling about this while Alex is confidently walking to the room. Each step he takes is more determined than the other and once I'm actually really confident in myself is kind of making me feel that this is not going to go well for us. We arrived at the room and Alex went straight to the door that was on the right leaving only the two middle ones closed.

Alex – I have a great feeling about this one!

James – Are you sure?

Alex – Yes!

James – Gon on, open it then.

Alex approached the door and opened it quickly. I was looking at him going into the room, which made me follow him in. But before I could I heard an agonizing scream. Everything stopped for a minute and I started to see blood dripping on the floor. I carefully ran to Alex only to find him spitting blood and having a sharp knife-like thing in his stomach. He was trying to get himself out of there when I stopped him.

James - No, let's call Aria, she'll know what to do!

Alex - I need to get out of here!

James - Do you want to bleed out? Stop fucking moving Alex! * I demanded*

Quickly after that, Thomas came into the room to see what happened to make one of us scream. As he was checking on Alex, I called Aria through the walkie-talkies. I explained the situation to her as fast as I could. Short moments after the rest of the group arrived with some supplies to try to save Alex's life. Bella, Victoria, and Nick had Very little in their hands. Bella had some needles and thread, Victoria had some towels that once were in the bathroom and Nick had some paper towels and napkins that were in the kitchen. Aria and Jennifer were nowhere to be found. I looked at them confused as they moved aside to let Aria and Jennifer in with a metal rolling table.

Jennifer – Get out of the way everyone! Let me check on him! *She said running towards him after she and Aria entered the room*

She seemed shook which I think it's not a good sign. Soon enough Aria joined her and they were talking about things I couldn't understand.

Nick – So I knew that Aria knew what she was doing, but do you mind me asking how do you know what you're doing?

Jennifer – Oh, I have an A+ in AP biology. I normally like this kind of stuff in movies and stuff, but this is a whole different level!

Alex wasn't trying to move anymore but he was grunting as the girls were examining him. This is the most stressful situation I've ever experienced!

Host – I guess you picked the wrong door Alex.

Alex - *groans* You think?

Jennifer – It's not the time for that Alex!

Alex – Sorry.

Host – Well, I actually like you so, I'm giving you guys a code that will open a vault in the lab.

Jennifer – Nick and Victoria, please go find the vault! We have to save Alex!

They immediately ran out of the lab. The Host made a pause that seemed like an eternity! Then we finally got the code.

Host – 2.25.20.0.3

I recognized that number, well, date! I looked at Bella and she had tears in her eyes. I hated to see her like this but right now I couldn't really do anything. I walked over to her and asked If she was okay. She wiped the tears that were now running through her cheeks and smiled saying that she was fine, just triggered by this whole situation. I can't blame her though. Then she went straight to the lab as I walked towards Aria.

James – You heard that too, right?

Aria – Yeah, it's so weird!

Thomas – What do you guys think it's weird if you don't mind me asking?

Aria – The code to open the vault is Bella's birthday.

Jennifer – What?

Thomas – Are you serious?

Aria – Why would I lie?

Alex – She's got a point there you know..? *grunts*

*Nick from the lab*

Nick – WE OPENED IT!

I ran out to the lab while the rest stayed with Alex. When I got there, I couldn't believe my eyes. They had a locker sized vault open but this one had a whole entryway.

James – Have you guys walked in here yet?

Victoria – No.

James – Bella let's go then!

Bella – Why me?

James – Just come Bella, please.

Bella – Fine, let's do this. *she said walking in*

After the entryway, two single steps were getting down. Those steps led to a room, a huge one full of medical stuff may I add. Me and Bella grabbed a few things from there. For example, one of the two of those machines that make those annoying beep noises that are the heartbeat of the person the machine is attached to. And, of course, something that might be helpful for Aria and Jennifer to perform surgery on Alex to attempt to save his life. Me and Bella sprinted out of there! I felt like that was the fastest I've ever run in my entire life. The thought that Alex might actually die bothers me so much! I never imagined that whatever I did might decide someone's fate.

James – Guys, we found this and much more! *I said reentering the room where Alex, Thomas, Aria and Jennifer were.

Jennifer – That's great! Aria we need to go there to see if there's something else that could help him.

Aria – I know.

Jennifer – Alex listen to me right now! You'd have approximately 1,2 to 1,5 gallons of blood in your body, but you've already lost a lot. You can't move until I get back! If you lose about 40% of that blood, you will die. I do NOT want that. WE do not want that, okay?

Alex – Okay. *clenching his jaw* But hurry, this really hurts!

Jennifer – I know, Alex but you'll be okay. I promise you.

Alex – You can't promise that to me Jen.

Jennifer – I can, and I will save your life! *she said while tears ran down her blood-stained cheeks*

Alex – Go get what you need. *he said lowering his voice and sounding tired*

Thomas – Don't talk like that buddy, you need to stay awake!

Alex – I know, I know.

Aria wiped Jennifer's tears and ran out of the room with Jennifer heading to the lab. This is a total mess in here!
