The last person standing

Getting through

Seeing that list broke my heart. This is not going to be easy on him. His blue eyes looked heavier now. It hurt me seeing him like that I cannot imagine how he'll be if the antidote takes longer than expected. I placed my hand on top of his. 

Bella – You know we're getting through this together, right?

Thomas – Yeah, I do. 

Host – Thank you for coming you can now go back to the lab.

Bella – You sneaky bastard! I see what you did there!

Thomas – What? 

Bella – I'll explain it to you another time.

Thomas – Aight fine. I'm feeling my legs so we can go to the lab.

Bella – Oh so you're saying that I don't need to carry you? *I asked faking being offended*

Thomas – You didn't carry me here! *he giggled*

Bella – Cause you didn't let me!

Thomas – Oh come on! We have places to be!

That was our cue to leave the library and forge our way to the lab. When we opened the door, well, when Thomas opened the door for me. They were sitting on the counters and some chairs. Except for Nick and Vic that were actively searching for an antidote for Thomas. 

James – So what happened?

Bella – Nothing, Thomas and I just talked.

Host – Don't worry Bella, the fun for you isn't over just yet! I have a new partner in crime for you in this little mission. Jennifer! You're the lucky one. Go to the last door that you opened and I'll give you the details. The rest of you have some free time.

Aria – Oh shit. 

I can feel everyone's eyes on me and Jennifer. This is going to interesting at best. 

Jennifer – We need to get out of here! Let's go.

Jennifer quickly gets out of the room and I stand there perplexed.

Bella – Well, wish me luck. *I said walking towards the door*

Thomas – Good luck.I could hear more voices as I left the room but Thomas' was the only one I could clearly tell what he had said.

 Jennifer – ISABELLA! *she yelled from the top of the stairs*

Bella – WHAT?

Jennifer – GO TO THE KITCHEN, SECOND CABINET AT THE LEFT OF THE SINK. THE LAST ONE OF THAT COLLON. BRING TWO FLASHLIGHTS. 

Bella – Alright.

 I surprisingly do as she said without complaining. I already know that the Host is making us go through the passage. It was pitch black in there when I last saw it and she asking for two flashlights seems a bit suspicious. I open the cabinet to find not two, but five flashlights. I grab two of them and rush upstairs. I walk into the room to see Jennifer sitting at the table.

Jennifer – Took you long enough. *she complained rolling her eyes* 

Bella – Go get them yourself next time then. 

Jennifer - Maybe I will.

Host – Ladies, your mission is to get to the other side of the vault. Luckily for you, you can fit in there next to each other and standing.

Jennifer – Oh we won't be walking side by side don't worry. Isabella here is walking in front of me.

Bella – You know what? Whatever. *I said turning on the flashlight and walking into the vault*
