Morning.

As always, Anna woke up alone in bed, without him next to her. She only felt his pillow in her hands, not knowing if he did it on purpose or she took it during sleep. When a strong lightning struck hard in the sky, she jerked and quickly straightened up, clutching her thigh when a spasm gripped her.

As she tried to relax her body, the spasm in her thigh stopped and she was able to get to her feet and go to the bathroom. And just as she came out of the bathroom after a few minutes, she saw George walking into the room, holding her backpack in his hand. Her heart was pounding and she stopped him as soon as possible.

"Georgeee," She ran quickly in front of the door before he entered, and spread her arms so he couldn't pass.

George raised an eyebrow and measured her, "Good morning love."

"Morning to you too," She bit her lip and glanced at her backpack to see if it was zipped up, "Why are you holding my backpack?"

"I found it on the couch and I thought I'd bring it to your room. Did you rest? Does anything hurt you?" He started to walk into the room but couldn't because of her hands blocking his way.

"Mhm," She grabbed the suspenders of her backpack and said quietly, "I'm feeling much better, thank you."

Not letting go of the backpack, George measured her again and tried to pass again, "Honey, can you let me in the room?"

Anna noticed that he was not letting go of the backpack so she grabbed him by the neck and kissed him hard. George's eyes widened as her hand ended up on his neck, but he let go of her backpack, grabbed her by the waist with his strong hand and pulled her closer.

As she kissed him hungrily, she put the backpack behind her back and moved her head away, "You are so sweet."

George licked his lips and blushed, letting his hand slide down her ass, "Oh, well... Are you sure you're okay? You're a bit freaky for the morning."

Anna laughed nervously and brought her lips to his ear, "Maybe because you're very handsome now."

"Oh woah," He slipped his hand under his shirt and leaned it against his abdominal muscles, "I mean, everyone's in the house and... it's only morning."

"Well," Her gaze fell down on his outlined bulge and she deliberately ran her fingers over it, "Nothing then, I'm going to finish using the bathroom now."

With her backpack, she went to the bathroom and locked herself while George stayed in front of the door of his room, amazed. She quickly took the pregnancy test out of the box and sighed. It was a small pink, plastic circle with a screen in the middle. She read the instructions and pulled her shirt up, pressing it to her stomach.

When the beeping began, her heart was pounding faster and faster at every sound. She waited a few minutes until it stopped, and with trembling hands, she looked at the test and waited.

The letters mingled on the screen, she began to breathe deeply until they stopped.

Negative.

She squeezed the test and jumped for joy, laughing softly, "Fuck yes, fuck yes..."

Leaning against the wall to recover for a few minutes, she breathed a sigh of relief, not taking the smile off her face.

She stopped thinking about pregnancy and other things right away, because she knew that everything was better now and that there would be no problems. She destroyed the box and the test with her wand just in case.

And before she left the bathroom, she pulled on a short skirt, following her plans to play with George's mind, and went out.

George was gone so she went downstairs to the kitchen, where she sat down at an empty table for breakfast. Everyone was done with breakfast while she was just starting her, and George came down and sat across from her, his face serious.
