A few hours before morning.

Anna couldn't sleep, not at all. She had severe pain all over her body, and she was shivering further, incessantly. She felt a chill run through her bones from the cold.

And he, he slept normally, his back turned to her. The blanket was up to his waist and every line of the muscles on his back was outlined.

He was turned on his stomach, his hands under the pillow. She looked at his messy hair that covered his face, she didn't want to wake him while he was sleeping. She couldn't even lie down, she sat cross-legged and breathed deeply, feeling nauseous.

She clenched her legs thinking her stomach would hurt less, but no. That would only make her more in pain. Her eyes filled with tears and she gritted her teeth so as not to let out a painful moan so as not to wake George.

But her sob was enough to wake him immediately.

When she heard his moan as he slowly straightened up on his elbows, she immediately wiped her wet cheeks and took a deep breath for she knew that he would be worried that he was being rough.

"Babe, are you awake?" His deep voice vibrated as he rubbed his eyes to look at her.

"Mhm," She murmured and cleared her throat so she could talk nicely, "I am."

"Why aren't you sleeping? Is everything okay?" He turned to the side and combed his hair with his fingers, looking at her with tired eyes.

"Yep, I just can't sleep, my head hurts a little," Her trembling voice immediately betrayed her that she had just stopped crying. She didn't want to look at him, but she could feel him looking at her, and his hand stroking her thigh.

"You're lying to me, tell me what's wrong," He shook her leg gently and sighed, "Anna."

She gave him a gentle look and a forced smile, "My stomach hurts a little, that's all. Please George, you don't have to worry about me."

George measured her and slowly took her hand, pulling her close to his body, "Angel, I'm sorry. You should have told me I was..."

"George," She interrupted him, "You don't have to say sorry because if you were hurting me, I would have told you."

"Still, I hate it when you're in pain," He half-lifted her T-shirt and rested his warm hand on her stomach. Anna sighed and closed her eyes, "God how I love your hands."

He slipped his other hand under her to hug her tightly, suddenly, they both shuddered. It was as if a strong current had passed through their bodies, and George's hair was a little charged.

"Why are you all electrified," George shuddered again and adjusted his hair to fall on his forehead.

"What do you mean..." Anna's gaze accidentally fell on their necklaces that merged like magnets, "Look."

George looked down and said in surprise, "I didn’t know they could do that."

Anna tried to separate them but they were too tightly connected. She felt her pain ease and her muscles relax. They both went through the body with relief and looked into each other's eyes.

"Let them be," George grabbed her wrist and kissed her gently, moving slowly to be on top of her. Anna tried to move away from his lips, but smiled when she saw George not giving up.

His hip crossed over hers as he kissed her tighter, whispering on her lips, "You excite me too much."

"We should sleep, what do you say?" She held his cheeks and bit her lip.
