CHAPTER 21

"Baby," Shaina sigh in irritation and glared at his brother who's smirking at her.

"Stop. Calling. Me. Baby." Madiin niyang sabi at padabog na pumasok sa room nila. "Ano bang trip mo at nandito ka?" She asked his brother who only smiled at her.

"Someone told me about what happened." He answered making her rolled her eyes.

"Si tom, sya lang naman ang mas chismoso sa dakawang yan!" She answered before fixing her empty bag.

She's getting her things because that's what Callen said to them, together with the Lexxus team. Ramdam niya ang panay titig nito sa bawat galaw niya na kinairap niya.

"Here," kinuha niya ang baril na hawak ng kuya niya. "Thanks Ku- Astrimir." Muntik na siyang madulas.

Astrimir chuckled and hugged her favorite sister, "continue the jealously prank, eh?" Pabiro niyang sinuntok ang Kapatid.

"Shut up, we still have mission to do." Sabi niya at lumapit kay anne na kumakain ng cookies kasama si Fatima.

"Anney, you'll take care of Kalix for a while since Kairos is busy in the lab," she then glance at Jode and Angel. "The three of you, okay? Help Christine." Ngumiti si Anne at tumango.

Nauna na siyang naglakad palabas kasama si Astrimir sa gilid na ngayon ay nakaakbay na sa kanya at panay tingin sa likuran kaya napatingin rin siya sa likuran. Napangisi siya nang makita si Christalyn na busy kakasaway kay Sheila at Aeya na nag-aaway.

"You like Christalyn, don't you?" Tinakpan kaagad nito ang bibig niya na kinatawa niya.

Knight and Cyan nodded before walking passed by them, maybe going back to their girlfriends. As them, are now going inside Callen's office and take a sit on the visitors chair.

"So, what's with the sudden mission?" Shaina asked after comfortably sitting in the visitors chair besides Astrimir and in front of them is the love birds. Kulang na lang na magtukaan sa harap nila.

"I only called the five of you," he's pertaining to Shaina, Astri, Maye, Jerry and Viel, "together with Mr. Harris team, because I want you to restore the deleted and formatted files in North base system." Callen said, glancing to Lexxus team.

"But Sir, their safe house was already attacked by zombies and we're not sure if we can go back there safely," Maye interjected.

He nodded, "think of strategies. You don't want to go there without a knife in your pocket, right?" He said, smirking in their direction.

Callen dismissed them after discussing 'bout their mission and here they are now, no ones speaking and just waiting for someone to break the silence.

"Krok krok," Jerry muttered, "magtitinginan na lang ba tayo rito?" Tanong nya sa mga kasamang tahimik lang.

"Let's go!" Viel stood up and walked towards the door.

Everyone followed him outside but Shaina choose to separate her paths and walked towards the rest room. Kanina pa sya nahihilo at hindi nya maintindihan ang pakiramdam at gusto nya lang sumuka.

She entered the girls restroom, nakasalubong nya pa si Aeya at binangga ang balikat nya pero wala na syang lakas pa para patulan ito. Agad na napatakip sya sa bibig at tumakbo sa sink ng hindi nya na mapigilan ang sarili na masuka.

She's vomiting for almost two minutes now and she's thankful that no one entered the restroom. Sumasakit na ang sikmura nya at kahit wala ng nailalabas pa ay nasusuka parin sya, so she stayed there — in front of the sink waiting for her to be okay!

Naghilamos lang sya at bumalik na sa mga kasama na ngayo'y nasa control room na. Mga mapanuring mata ang sumalubong sa kanya but she ignored it, she's not feeling well and all she wanted to do is to rest.
