Sometimes we distance ourselves from our close ones to find peace and comfort which the they don't give us

Sometimes we get detached because we don't feel understood

And sometimes we like to be alone because we don't feel any less lonely with them

......

Note:

It's obvious that we all seek peace. When we don't get peace from the people we're being with(and instead lose it sometimes, especially when we're hurt), we tend to find it from other things.

Being misunderstood often makes the mind get tired and seeing the difference in mentalities of one and another, it tends to detach itself. Attachment is based upon understanding which is like a glue joining two different minds! When the misunderstanding happens many times we get detached as the glue wears off.

Why should we even talk with someone if they don't make us feel any less lonely? What's even the difference of talking to them and not talking to anyone then? We should understand this and not waste our time on those who make us feel more lonely.
