I get irritated from inside

When there is no noise outside
There's a lot to discover inside

Note:
Here, noise outside - physical noise like of ppl shouting, sounds of vehicles going and horn, some construction work going on or crowd of the city in rush.

Here, "there is a lot to discover inside" refers to the noise hidden inside.

Noise inside - thoughts about life and other stuffs, our past memories and regrets, worries of the future, our unfulfilled wishes, being in doubt, and random things coming in our mind.

When there's noise outside, we are distracted away from what we think inside, but when there's no noise outside we can't easily distract ourselves away from overthinking sometimes which is the inner noise.
