I awoke in a muggy hospital room, my mum sitting next to me, gripping my hand.

"Louis." She breathed out.

"Mum? What happened?"

Fuck you, Louis.

"Sweetie, the doctors said you had a panic attack. What was Ms. Calder saying to you?"

I suddenly didn't have the urge to speak again. Not about Harry, not out loud.

It was only a panic attack. I honestly thought I was dying, and at the time I wasn't so scared of death, and now I was ashamed by it.

I turned my head to look out the window. It was dark, and raining.

"Louis. Don't go silent on me." I heard my mother plead, squeezing my hand.

I closed my eyes and tried to block her out. I didn't want to talk about Ms. Calder, I didn't want to talk about Harry, I didn't want to talk about anything. I heard my mum sigh, I prayed she was just get up and leave.

"Louis," I heard her say, "I know these past two years have been hard on you, okay. I know. But you have to move on. Harry's whole family has moved on, and it's for the better. I'm not saying you have to forget him, but you need to move on. You deserve to be happy. You're little sisters need you. Niall needs his brother back. I need you. Please, Louis."

Nothing's the same, Louis.

When I didn't reply, my mum let go of my hands and stood. "I'm going to go tell Niall that you're alright." She said, then solemnly left the room.

I opened my eyes and stared out the window. I thought about my mum's little speech. Why am I still holding onto him? Why can't I forget about that night, like everyone else? I sighed, and let myself drift off to sleep.

~Louis' dream/flashback~

"Lou!" I heard that angellic voice and immediatley knew who it belonged to. "Louuuu!"

I smiled and turned my head. Harry was a couple feet away from me, smiling.

"Huh?" I asked.

"C'mon! It's snowing! Let's go outside." Harry lurched forward and grabbed my hand. It was so warm, so real. He yanked and I followed him out the door.

Indeed, it was snowing outside. The sun was high in the sky, making the snow shine. Harry giggled, such a happy sound, and pulled me off the porch and into the snow.

He turned to face me, and wrapped his arms around my waist, him being shorter than me, but quickly catching up. He leaned in, only inches from my face, I could feel his breath puffing onto my face.

"Hi," he breathed out, smiling up at me.

I kissed his red nose, "Hello."

Harry pressed me tighter to him. "Hold me."

I chuckled, and wrapped my arms securely around him. "Demanding today, aren't we?"

Harry hummed happily and nuzzled his face in my neck. "I love you. You know that, right?"

"Of course, Harry. I love you, too." I rubbed circles on his back and spoke into his curls.

"How much do you love me?"

I pretended to ponder. "Hmmm."

"Lou!" He pulled away and pouted at me.

I giggled and pressed a quick kiss to his plump pink lips. "I love you more than I love being alive."
