That morning, it was a war zone.
One by one, the class had woken up one by one with varying degrees of confusion, only for it to turn into elation as they realized what happened last night and then change into frustration when they remembered just how much they all didn't get along in the morning.
There was a reason they didn't do class sleepovers anymore.
You all found that out soon after the first week of moving into the dorms, after the Bakusquad woke up with half of the blankets eaten through by Ashido's acid, and the Dekusquad hanging from the ceiling from Uraraka's unconscious use of her own quirk.
Iida and Yaoyorozu had banned class sleepovers henceforth. But last night was an exception made in their sleep-deprived haze.
And now, they all had to deal with the chaos that came out of it.
Currently, you were cowering behind Ojiro, ears pinned flat against your head as the volume exploded around you. You fisted the back of his sleep shirt, taking some comfort in the way his tail was wrapped firmly around your waist in order to prevent anyone from crashing into you.
Eyes round with mild fear and overwhelming confusion, you could do nothing else besides stand there and take in the class' rapid descent into madness.
Iida was currently occupied with wrangling the rowdy bunch of teenagers back under control and Yaoyorozu yawned elegantly, pinching the bridge of her nose in mild exasperation as everyone either ignored him or danced out of his reach and continued to run around wildly.
Oddly enough, the scene was rather befitting for their age-group.
Everyone was crammed into the kitchen, a few still detaching themselves from various spots on the floor crowded with throw pillows and fleece blankets.
And you winced as something splattered against the wall.
With everyone in the kitchen at once for the first time in several months since Iida and Aizawa both deemed it to be a safety hazard to have everyone there at the same time, it was a disaster.
You flinched as the chaos exploded and sensing your rising distress, Ojiro leaned back and softly tapped your side to get your attention.
"You wanna go upstairs?" He murmured inquisitively and you hesitantly shook your head.
While you preferred the peace and quiet of your usual morning before it spiraled out of control like it did every day, you didn't want to miss anything. Today was supposed to be a special day.
Shinsou was supposed to officially move into their dormitory and Aizawa was bringing Eri over. But given how you didn't catch sight of any of them, you could only assume that they hadn't arrived yet.
Since everyone fell asleep on the couches and on the floor of the common area last night, they were tripping over each other when the sun finally came up.
At sunrise, Iida's foot got caught on Jirou's blanket that had been haphazardly thrown over her by Kaminari last night, effectively waking up the poor girl. But when he crashed, the sound was loud enough to wake up everybody else.
Midoriya was so startled that he accidentally careened into Todoroki, who steadied the flustered boy without batting an eye.
So naturally, their morning started off a little more... interesting than usual.
"Where did you put the maple syrup?!" Ashido shrieked at a guilty Kaminari who was currently using an offended Jirou as a shield against her wrath.
She was incredibly grumpy if she didn't get to slather it on her pancakes, which she was in the middle of attempting to coerce their resident explody boy into making them for her. The said pomeranian only agreed out of spite when she threatened to go to Midoriya instead.
