When we broke the door of the sub basement, we were shocked to find another woman imprisoned in there. She seemed younger than the others but she was the only one who was chained. Why was she kept here away from the others and why was she chained? I turned towards Boss to ask him my questions but he suddenly seemed far away from me. He seemed to be in another world. I never saw him like that.

His eyes were filled with curiosity and untold promises. I followed his gaze to find that he was staring at the girl. I took a closer look at her and saw that without all the dusts and smell, she was a beautiful woman. She seemed to be lost too. She was staring at him with her eyes pleading him to steal her away and kiss away her pain.

There was a sort of unknown connection between them, although it was their first meeting. A beautiful connection that I could not help from smiling. Inside of me, I was praying that she might be his happiness, the one who was going to love him with all her heart and never let go. But as asshole as I am, I was about to ruin their beautiful moment.

"Boss, shall I take her along?"

That was enough to bring their attention to me. I was trying hard not to laugh as the girl seemed annoyed when I broke their sweet meeting. Too bad for her! I was going to enjoy annoying both of them and I was already imagining them as my favorite couple.

"No, I'll take her with me! Bring another car for me!" he replied with a deep cold voice.

I already started to feel pity for Leonardo cause if this girl spoke then his end would be worst than he ever thought. Whether Kyle admitted it or not, this girl has already taken control over his mind, body and soul without him realizing it!

"What! Boss is getting married?" screamed Caleb when Jared told us about the woman in the sub basement, when he returned before Kyle.

"Stupid, who said there's going to be a wedding? He just said that there was a sort of connection between the girl and Boss!" Ethan replied back.

"Idiot! If there's is a connection, then there should be a network. And the network is formed by a wedding, then you'll see little Kyles walking around the house!"

"Shut up, Caleb! You're just being overdramatic!"

I stood in a corner silently, watching Ethan and Caleb, creating theories about Kyle and the girl. I had to admit, these two were crazy, but there were no complaints when they wanted to torture and kill. They were good at their jobs.

I could not help but smile while witnessing their fight. They were just as annoying as stupid. Suddenly I saw Renzo and Jared coming back from the basement of our mansion and I immediately knew who they kept there. I was about to go down there, when suddenly a hand on my arm stopped me.

"Zyov, I know you are angry after what he did, but please, don't ruin yourself for him! Let's wait for Kyle! You know I hate pleading, but to stop you from messing everything up, I would be ready to even kneel down!"

"You will never understand this Renzo! I've been waiting for so long to get my hands on him. I can't wait to see how I make him bleed and beg for survival! He should pay for what he did to her!"

"I understand you very well! But now is not the right time! We have to know the girl Kyle is bringing along first then get back to business!"

"That means that's not a rumour! Kyle is really bringing along a girl!" screamed a familiar female voice behind us.

I turned around only to see the beautiful face of Laura, our housekeeper, who was also a mother to all of us. We were all monsters, but with her, she made us feel home.

"Yes, Mama Laura, this asshole is bringing a woman with him. But she is still mentally unstable as we found her in a dirty condition in the sub basement of Leonardo Romano! That's why Kyle asked you to prepare a special room for her, not too far from his!" replied Jared.

The happiness in her eyes could not be mistaken. It was as if the day she had always dreamed of, was finally here. Everyone seemed well prepared to welcome a girl they knew nothing about. She was just a caged bird who has been saved by another hunter. Yet, they all acted as if she was going to be the Queen of the reign. They were forgetting that she might be of Italian origin.

And for me, all Italians were the same, they were unfaithful, liars and criminals. We were not too good either, but we never took a knife to slay a child. I just wished she was not one of them and we would be able to save her.

"Laura, she is a guest! I want you to take care of her and give her whatever she needs! She is in your responsibility!"

I turned around to see Boss entering the mansion and in his arm, was a fragile woman, dressed in torn white clothes, but Boss being the gentleman he was, covered her features with his long black coat. Her long black hair covered half of her bruised face and only one bluish green eye could be seen.

She hid her face in his chest and her hands were full of bruises. My heart suddenly ached on seeing under what conditions she used to live. I started cursing myself for having prejudices on her before even seeing what she looked like. I was sometimes a bastard without even realising it! He immediately took her to the room, Laura had prepared for her, and he laid on her on the cosy bed.

"Oh my goodness! You are hurt! Let me take care of you, my daughter!" Laura exclaimed while taking her in her arms.

The girl turned her eyes to Kyle as if asking for permission to hug her back, and Kyle nodded in response. She hesitantly hug Laura back but she surely felt comfortable and safe in her motherly embrace. That was when I realised that was a sort of connection between Kyle and her without them knowing each other.

"I need you all in my office!" ordered Kyle, after reassuring himself that she would be fine with Laura by her sides.

And here was the most awaiting moment for us, we were going to decide Leonardo's fate. Kyle turned on his heels and went towards his office, and he did not have to wait too long to have us behind him. Leonardo did not know how he made his life a living hell by messing with us. He was not going to be destroyed by a Mafia boss and his men. Instead he was going to be destroyed in the hands of a strong brotherhood!
