(25). My Red Angel

It's been almost two months since I joined "Faventia" after knowing about Lilith and Mason's relationship everything eventually made sense. Then Aliyah who I now know was Lilith's ex lover.

I know now that I am sexually attracted to women. Women being Lilith but unfortunately I just haven't had the right moment to tell her this. Now Mason has ordered a meeting involving the different branches.

"Welcome everyone, there isn't any new recruits with us today so let's begin the issue at hand. Our Texas branch has been MIA this past month and it's not like them to miss a payment. They are our largest contributors so it is critical that we find out the issue as soon as possible. There are four remaining branches and I would like to ask that each put forward two or more candidates to travel to Texas and find out the issue. A drug cartel around that area had made a threat once, if it is in fact the ' Castiõs' the leader will be dealt with immediately" everyone looks around with a blank expression on there faces some whispering their concern 'it's not that serious', 'why can't he do it himself we are already short handed'.

I look up to see Lillith giving her brother a nod before she instructs the other branches to leave the room. As everyone starts to file out into the passage.

"Not you love" he says as I'm about to leave. Why is he keeping me back, this is the first time since he told me about him and Lilith that he has even spoken to me. I thought he was avoiding me. "Have a seat"

I took a seat across from him, he eyed me from head to toe before saying "I want you to kill Mr. Castiõ the head of the drug cartel" with anger fuming in my veins I couldn't stop what my hands did next. Without even realizing my body has stood directly at his feet as my hand connected with his right cheek.

"How dare you, I told you my conditions. No guns and no killing, I told you if you want someone dead send someone else but now you are directly asking me to do this" I know this is rude as he is my leader and I kinda in some way respect him. What he is asking me to do is unbelievable. I exit the room before he is able to say anything as he just stares rubbing his cheek with shock filled eyes.

"Ren, Ren stop and just listen to me" I turn around and eye Lilith standing behind me. "Not here–" she gestures to the men standing around staring at us. "Come lets talk in the gym"

Lilith's POV

With Ren standing mere inches away from me pacing with anger filled to her core, tension occupied the space between us as this was the first time since the incident with Liyah happened. This might be the only chance to talk to her.

"Ren stop pacing for a minute–" I take a seat on the floor gesturing for her to sit beside me, which she eventually did after walking a bit more. "We haven't had a chance to talk in a while."

"Yeah I..."She began to say as I just stared at her grey eyes and plump lips. The rest of her words were a blur as I watched her bite her lip, something she did when she was nervous. " Lilith did you hear me, I think I'm attracted to you and I know I have a lot to learn seeing that you are the first–"

I smiled and smashed my lips to hers as I kissed her slow and passionatly, some might even say I'm going soft. I pull away to look at her expression. She still has her eyes closed, she looks as beautiful as an angel with red wings. My red angel. I brush the stray hair from in her face and give her one last kiss.

"I have waited for you to feel this way Ren but we really need to discuss the whole kill thing. I know you had said you do not like guns and do not wish to kill anyone. I can kill for you and tell Mason you did it" I stare at her for her response to my plan.

"I knew I liked you for something" she tackles me to the ground as she connects our lips once more. The kiss was rushed and sloppy as I bite her
