"A patchwork curse?" Nanami says as you nod. Nanami just happened to be the first person you guys came across on your way towards the dorms. The others were interviewed about what happened already.
"Yeah. It looked like a human but its energy was clear. It ran off with Toji after mentioning that he'd seen enough," you repeat as Nanami sets his face and sighs. Judging by his need to clarify you can infer that Nanami has come into contact with that curse before.
Something's going on that they're not letting you in on despite being third years now. Although, the fact that Toji and a curse could get into Jujutsu Tech so easily is also a concern. Especially since they somehow knew that Gojo had left.

"Understood," you say as you stand up and get ready to leave.
"Oh Y/N, I heard from Itadori that you were the first to react. I'm impressed, Toji Fushiguro is a dangerous man. He's started fights with the likes of Gojo and you threw the first punch," Nanami says as you shrug.
"He threatened to take Megumi away, I wasn't going to let that happen without a fight," you say seriously as you exit the room without waiting for any further comments. You're unsurprised to find Megumi leaning against a nearby wall waiting for you.
For some reason, he appears to be the one least bothered by what happened. However, Megumi also has a habit of hiding how he truly feels, especially around others. Megumi's bluish-green eyes look up and meet yours suddenly. He watches you with gentle eyes as you grab his hand.
"Come on, we need to talk," you say as you and Megumi walk past Itadori and Kugisaki who watch as the two of you head towards the dorms. Despite the circumstances, you still feel your heart flutter annoyingly at the memories of the last time you came to Megumi's room.
Once inside you quickly shut the door behind the two of you. You turn around and immediately Megumi's hands slide around your torso. He rests his head on your shoulder as you smile shocked.
"Can I just...hold you like this for a while?" Megumi asks lowly as you hum in response. You wrap your arms gently around Megumi and even pat his head tenderly. You had a feeling he was keeping everything in as per usual.
You listen to Megumi's deep breathing and wait patiently for him to be the first to speak. You can't imagine what could be going through his head right now, but your sure that none of it is positive.
You jump slightly as Megumi begins to chuckle softly. The sound makes a chill run down your spine. His warm breath tickles your ear making your body squirmish as Megumi pulls away from you and cups your face.
