Shattered: A Fushiguro Megumi FF

Four months later

"Come on Megumi we have to do the thing!" Itadori complains as you glance away from the mirror on the vanity in front of you to where Itadori and Megumi stand. Your lips immediately pull into a smile as you see Itadori fully dressed in his graduation gown with a classic black suit and tie paired with a red undershirt. His usual wild pink hair is now somehow contained by the square-shaped graduation cap that Megumi is currently struggling to don on his own head.

"I refuse. There's only four of us graduating anyways, how stupid is it gonna look for us to do the cliche hat toss?" you hear Megumi say as Kugisaki suddenly slams her fists down on the vanity next to yours. Your attention is now drawn over to her as she waves her mascara wand at Megumi unimpressed.

"Oh come on Fushiguro, it's our graduation day, they do it in all the movies! Maki, Panda, and Toge did it so why not us? Come on Y/N, tell him it'll be cute!" Kugisaki pleads to try and further convince your moody boyfriend to lighten up a bit and indulge in some high school cliches. Megumi's sapphire orbs meet your e/c eyes from across the dressing room, he raises a perfectly plucked eyebrow as he awaits your pitch.

"I think we should do it. We only get one shot at making memories here so why not make some fun ones even if they're a bit corny or even cringy? That being said just because Megumi is extra cranky about it we have to do the jump too," you say as Itadori and Kugisaki cheer after hearing your words and seeing the distressed expression on Megumi's face.

"Traitor," you hear him mutter as you go back to putting the final touches on your makeup.

"Love you too babe," you reply as Itadori suddenly sits down on your vanity making you jump and immediately move the mascara wand from your eye to avoid poking it out.

"Aww, I think I'm actually gonna miss hearing the two of you be all flirty and cutesy together. It's still crazy to me how Fushiguro even ended up with someone as pretty as you but I guess he has the childhood best friend card under his belt huh?"

"You trynna say I wouldn't have been able to score Y/N if we didn't already have a past?" Megumi asks as Kugisaki and Itadori both nod aggressively.

"Absolutely, that is one hundred percent exactly what we're saying,"

"Yup. No way in hell or heaven would Y/N have given you the time of day if she hadn't already known you,"

"She's way out of your league. Beautiful, smart, funny, we could really sing her praises all day,"

"Not to mention you're so negative and grumpy all the time. Admittingly Y/N's not the biggest ray of sunshine either but her presence is much more upbeat than yours," You try to hide your smile as Megumi noticeably gets a bit irritated. You can't tell if it's because of what's being said or due to his continual struggle with the cap.

"Alright, I get it,"

"Easy guys! That's the love of my life you're bashing. Besides you're acting as if we'll never see each other again, sure we'll be busy with our own stuff but my kid is gonna need their crackhead godparents," you remind the two of them as you finish cleaning up your eyeliner and take a look at yourself in the mirror.

"OMG, I hope it's a girl so that I can buy her a bunch of cute outfits and dress her up. My first godchild is of course getting spoiled regardless though," Kugisaki says as she too finishes with her makeup and adjusts her dress.

"First?!" you and Megumi ask at the same time as you hear someone walk towards the dressing room and stop at the doorway.

"Oh come on Y/N, everyone knows that even if you and Fushiguro didn't exactly plan this kid the two of you still fuck like rabbits. We expect many more in the future," you hear Choso say as you and the others turn your attention to where he's standing also dressed in formal wear.
