"Why exactly is the senator staying an extra few days on this hot as hell planet?" Fives asked the captain as the men waited for their general to finish speaking with the senator. Rex was returning to his men after speaking with Anakin and all of them were clearly sweltering from the intense heat. "There's a banquet tomorrow. The senator is invited." Rex replied. Some of the men had begun to remove their armor on the upper halves of their bodies from the heat of the planet. Kix brought his wrist to his forehead to wipe away a few beads of sweat. He heard a branch snap behind him and that's when his eyes met those ocean blue irises that belonged to none other then Calypso. Kix gasped ever so slightly. "Princess." He said before he gave a respectful nod of his head, an under exaggerated bow, to the young royal. Calypso smiled. "K-I-X." She signed his name to him and Kix felt a warm smile tug at his lips. "It's nice to see you again." Kix said and the princess nodded. "Walk with me?" She signed with her dainty hands. "Please?" She added. Kix looked from the elegant woman before him back to his men, his brothers. They were going to be here for a while. A walk with a pretty girl might do him some good, away from the stress and business of his life. "Yes." He replied, saying it and also signing it with his hand to the princess. "Lead the way."

"Where did Kix go?" Tup asked as he now noticed the absence of their medic. Jesse shrugged. "I think I saw him walk off with that mute princess from earlier but I'm not exactly sure." "Why is Kix suddenly getting all the girls?!" Hardcase complained as he rolled his eyes. "He's not getting all of them. Just this one." Dogma replied. "Besides you're bound to see other women." Tup added. "Yeah but I'd like to see some princesses." Fives added. "There are twelve of them, I mean come on." Hardcase added. "You wanted to see a princess?" Jesse asked as he looked past the men. "Like that?" He said as he nodded his head in the direction he was looking. Fives and Hardcase turned to see yet another elegantly dressed young woman with pale skin and black hair that was secured with a navy ribbon into a neat bun. She walked along a cobble stone path in the gardens wearing a navy blue and white gown as she read a book while she walked, her heels clicking against each stone. "I've got this one!" Fives cheered causing Hardcase to groan in defeat as he watched his brother approach the elegant lady.

"I've heard there's going to be a banquet tomorrow night." Kix said and Calypso nodded. "Are you going to be there?" Kix added and Calypso nodded once more. They had interlocked arms as they walked and Calypso seemed very happy to be with him. She used her other hand to delicately fan herself with her silk laced fan, even though the heat mixed with the tight corsets she wore seemed to drain the very breath of life from her chest. "Then I hope I get to be there as well." Kix said and Calypso looked up at him. He removed her arm from his and began to sign to him. "Would you dance with me?" She asked and Kix chuckled. "Well, I'm not much of a dancer since I've never danced before but I could try." Calypso smiled softly at his response. She began to fan herself harder, the heat and suffocation of her corset becoming a lot more to bear. She placed a hand on a near by tree to steady herself and keep from passing out. Kix seemed to notice and concern flashed in his eyes. "Are you alright, my lady?" He asked gently and Calypso nodded as she flashed him a kind smile. Kix didn't believe her but if she didn't tell him what was wrong there wasn't much he could do to help her. "I suppose your sisters will be there as well tomorrow?" Kix asked and once again Calypso nodded as she continued to fan herself. "My brothers will certainly be glad to know that." He said with a sigh. "But the only one I care about being there," Kix said as he gently took her free hand that she rested on the tree into his hand, "is you, my princess." And with that Calypso fell straight into his arms with a gasp before becoming completely unconscious.

"Hello there." Fives said as he approached the princess who read peacefully as she walked along the garden path. The woman looked up for a moment at him, dark blue eyes met his before they returned to her book. "Can I help you?" She asked mindlessly. "Actually I was hoping I could help you." Fives said, trying his best to charm the princess. "Is that so?" The woman asked, not even looking up from the book. "And how, pray tell, do you plan on doing that?" She asked, eyes never even leaving her page. "Well I think it's a shame a lovely lady such as yourself should have to walk out here all alone." The girl chuckled for a moment. "What are you getting at, soldier?" Fives smirked down at her. "Let me escort such a rare beauty through the gardens on this fine day?" He offered. "A lady such as myself may be lovely as you desire, but what if this lady has a sharp mind and a keen wit?" Fives looked at the woman, taken back by what she had said. "I- I suppose that's all the better?" The woman hummed. "Do you have a name, soldier?" She asked as she suddenly snapped her book shut creating a sharp "pop" and startling fives a bit, the soldier flinched ever so slightly at the loud noise. "Fives." He replied. "Princess Courtney." She introduced herself with a graceful curtsy. "It's a pleasure." Fives replied. "Yes, we'll see." Courtney replied. "We'll see if you still think it's a pleasure in a few days."
