"Man how come Fives and Kix get to have all the fun." Hardcase muttered as he came to sit with the rest of his brothers. The men had removed the top halves of their armor due to the intense heat of the planet's summer temperature. "Just lucky I guess." Jesse replied to his brother who sat next to them. A woman approached them while they were in their conversation about the lucky members of their group who were able to slip away with the beautiful ladies. "Pardon my interruption, gentlemen." They looked up to see what they assumed to be another princess and their eyes widened. This one was different, more regal in a sense. She wore a silk pale yellow gown and her dirty blonde hair flowed down to the small of her back in loose wavy curls. Her brown eyes looked down at them intently and a golden diadem lined with soft white pearls sat upon her head. "It's not an interruption at all." Hardcase insisted as he instantly stood up, a grin on his face. "What can I do for you miss..." he trailed off, waiting for a name. "Caroline. Princess Caroline." She replied with a polite bow of her head. "I need to speak with your captain or whoever is in charge of you." She stated urgently and Hardcase's grin fell for a second. "You're looking for Rex." Dogma said, looking up at the woman. "He's talking with General Skywalker." Dogma added with a nod of his head in the direction of the men. "Thank you." Caroline said politely before walking off in that direction, eyes trained on their captain.

"You must be Rex." The voice of a woman dressed most regally broke up the exchange between Anakin and his captain. Rex turned to face the woman and his eyes widened at the sight of her. Golden crown that sat on top of curly golden hair. Brown eyes with hints of gold specks in the irises. Perfect pink lips, dainty hands, and a silk yellow gown that complimented her figure perfectly. "I-I am." Rex stuttered and the woman gave a soft smile. "I am Caroline, eldest of the Canto sisters." "You're a princess?" He asked and she nodded. She was obviously royal from the way she dressed to her proper speech and hoity accent. "I wanted to speak with you on behalf of my father and my sisters." "Well you should probably speak with our general, he is the one truly in charge of us." Rex said as he gestured to Anakin who grinned at the captain and his slightly flustered state in front of the woman. "No, I believe you can handle this Captain. It seems fitting." Rex narrowed his eyes at the general who only chuckled. "Fine." Rex muttered before turning back to the princess. "What's on your mind, your highness?"

"I wanted to thank you." "Thank me?" Rex asked with a raised brow. "My father isn't too fond of the military presence of your visit." Caroline began. Rex had to admit, her honesty did sting but at least she didn't retain the truth from him. "But I am most grateful for it." Rex looked at her. The woman looked off stoically in the distance. The sunlight added a golden tint to her demeanor and Rex would have been joking if he didn't admit that she was both gorgeous and perfectly regal in every way. The perfect princess. "You are?" "Yes." She said, "It was my father's failure to military attention and detail that resulted in the death of my mother years ago during a separatist attack on Atla." Rex's heart dropped. "Your majesty," "please, just Caroline is fine." Her lack of formality for him made him blush. "Caroline," the name felt so crisp and delicate rolling off of his tongue. "I'm so sorry." Her brown eyes closed for a second. "I appreciate your sentiments, Rex." She turned back to him. "You seem like a kind man." A thin smile graced her pink lips. "I like that in you."

"There was one more thing I wanted to ask you." Caroline stated. "Of course," Rex said with an urgent nod. "Have you seen my little sister Calypso?" Rex was not expecting that question and his blissful hopes had him wishing for something else but nothing could change reality. "Calypso?" Caroline sighed. "Yes. She's the youngest of all my sisters and constantly getting into trouble." Rex looked over at the other men and a smile graced his face. "Yeah I know what's like to have siblings Constantly getting into trouble." He remembered all the shenanigans Fives, Hardcase, Tup, and Jesse had pulled over the years. The memories warmed his heart, and now meeting someone who had similar experiences with their siblings gave him a sense of attachment he was not used to. "The poor dear was even born without the gift of speech. Perfectly mute from day one. I remember when she was born and was absolutely silent. Everyone thought she wouldn't make it. But tiny little Calypso started her ongoing trend of defying the expectations set for her." "She sounds like quite the rebel." Rex replied and Caroline chuckled. "Oh she certainly is." "I have plenty of brothers like that." He replied and Caroline smirked as she looked up at the blonde clone. "You and I seem to be much more similar then I would have originally presumed." She said and Rex only grinned in response. "I hope to see you again real soon, captain Rex." "The feeling is mutual, Caroline." Rex replied before gently taking her dainty hand in his and bringing it to his lips to press a soft kiss to her small fingers.
