HEALING EACH OTHER

CHAPTER ~ 36

It was 8:00 A.M. in morning everyone was sleeping as they worked till late hours but as the sun came up and as the rays entered the office cabin Nandini was the first one who woke up.

As soon as she woke up she instantly looked up at the watch it was 8:15 A.M. seeing the time she stood and sat straight and started waking everyone.

"Dii it's already 8 wake up we need to finish off the work guys wake up."
Said Nandini waking up Priya

And Priya instantly woke up. And soon everyone else woke up but our very much sleepyheads weren't waking up. Each one of them had to throw water on boys to break their beauty sleep and finally after trying for another 30 minutes the boys woke up and they finished off with the last segment of work while Navya arranged for the breakfast.

And finally an hour later all the designs for collection was ready and uploaded in the pen drive. But they still had time to fill up the tender so Priya suggested everyone to fresh and up and then come back to office.

Soon everyone left the office, before leaving Priya safely kept the pen drive with designs in her drawer, locked it, took the keys and left.

12:00 NOON

It was 12 in the noon everyone got fresh and up instantly and Priya and Nandini were the first one to get back to office. They thought that they should first look at the designs once more before submitting but to their shock as they inserted their pen drive in the laptop there was nothing. It was showing one message FILE CORRUPTED

They tried several times but it didn't showed anything at all . Priya was literally in tears by then. It was like all their hard work was in vain. As if the work hard work they did was just a dream and they were in the real world now.

While Nandini tried several times to open the files, all went in vain and she even tried to calm down Priya, but nothing worked, even Nadini was on the verge of crying. While the girls were a crying mess the boys entered the cabin and seeing the duo their face lost all it's colour and they knew something was wrong and rushed up to them.

"What happened? Priya why are you crying?"
Asked Aman worriedly.

A worried Priya cried even more looking at Aman and on seeing him she instantly got up and hugged him tightly. Aman was shocked suddenly what happened to Priya. He couldn't understand what could actually go wrong now. A while ago she was happy and now she was a crying mess.

"Nandini what's the problem?"
Asked Manik

"Manik..Manik.. The pen drive.."
Nandini sobbed.

"Nandini relax just tell me."
Said Mabik and held her hands to calm her down.

"Manik... The pen drive.. where we saved our collection it's not showing anything. Neither there are any designs on my laptop which we saved."
Said Nandini sobbing.

"Nandini calm down. We'll do something. We'll figure this out. Our hard work won't be a waste."
Said Manik holding her face

And after hearing Manik's soothing words Nandini was finally calmed  down.

Saying this Manik himself tried several times inserting the pen drive and opening the files but nothing worked.

"How the hell is this possible? We saved the collection in the pen drive then how the hell it's not showing. Damn it. I'm sure someone has corrupted these files. Priya ask your security for the CCTV footage of your cabin we'll catch that person. I'm sure."
Said Manik angrily.

"Manik relax. It's not time to panic we need to think how to retrieve the designs. We'll find out who did that later on. But priority is something else right now."
Said Nandini.
