CHAPTER ~ 39

Priya opened the box with shivering hands which had the letter which Ishita wrote as the last token of her presence. And as soon as Priya took that letter in her hands to open that was the moment she realised it's not the right time to read the letter. She realised she's not ready to uncover the truth yet.

"I can't do this.. not right now.."
said Priya and closed the box once again and locked in the drawer.

"Priya relax..It's ok.. come on sit here. Just calm down ok. A lot of things needs to be dealt right now and for that you need a lot of strength and courage."
Said Aman and put Priya to sleep.

It was an eventful day which somehow came to an end with all of them carrying a grave secret in their heart which if unveiled could change their lives. But they were unaware that secrets can be a secret for a time being because truth always finds its way to come in front of everyone. And it's not long when it will be exposed.

Next day Navya woke up early and went to meet Harshad. While Manik went to see Nandini and seeing her sleeping leavefully he didn't disturbed her and left. Whereas Cabeer went to see Navya only to know she wasn't there in her room, it didn't took him long enough to realise where she must have gone.

Soon after having their breakfast they all decided to meet in Nandini's room in a while because Manik and Cabeer wanted to tell them something

An hour later they all were in Nandini's room waiting for Manik and Cabeer and as soon as they entered Nandini started with her questions.

"Manik.. Cabeer what is it?"
Asked Nandini

"It's about Navya.. guys just hear us out once before asking anything.."
Said Manik.

"Manik you are scaring me now.. what is it?"
Asked Priya.

"Priya remember Harshad?"
Asked Manik.

"How can I forget him.."
Said Priya with anger in her eyes while Aman held her hand in order to calm her down knowing how much hatered she still had for him.

Everyone knew Harshad except Nandini.

"Harshad? Who is he? And how is he related to Navya?"
Asked Nandini

Before Aman, Priya liked Harshad, as Priya and Aliya were really close in college days so Priya also knew Harshad and secretly liked him. But soon after her feelings were reciprocated by Harshad as well. He proposed her they were in a realtionship. But Priya was never ready to.take their relation to the next step before their marriage but oj the other hand Harshad had no plans of marriage. Clearly for him it was just a fling which Priya was unaware of. But then Harshad cheated on her with some girl and insulted her emotions, insulted Priya and the innocent personality she had, in return Priya slapped him and broke all ties with him and since then she always hated him, she was drowning in her pain getting unnoticed until she met Aman... Although she had her people around, but then when Manik was also heartbroken, she subsided her pain to help Manik and her pain was totally unnoticed until she met Aman, who not only helped to come out from her trauma but also evolved her as a different person, a girl who was really really strong. It wasn't easy for Aman to break through Priya's shell which she created after Harshad but then when there's love it conquers it all and thus he managed to do so.

After Priya narrated everything to Nandini. Nandini was heartbroken, because now she also knew the pain of heartbreak when Arjun did the same to her.

"I've called you strong for a reason and you've justified it everytime. I'm proud if you dii."
Said Nandini.

"I'm proud of you too princess you're even stronger than me."
Said Priya and hugged her.

"If I'm not wrong Manik what you meant to talk about Harshad is he's using Navya now just like dii. Or maybe he wants tontake revenge of Priya dii's slap."
Asked Nandini
