Chapter 12 ~ BREAKING APART

A night which was beautiful but ended as a nightmare for 2 broken yet beautiful souls. On one side Manik was hurt that he has to hurt Nandini. He has to push her away to protect her. Because he could feel some different connection with her. Whenever she was upset he felt her pain. And how can't let her destroy herself because of him. Hence he decided to protect her unaware of the fact that how much it will hurt him even more than her. But he was determined that he has to do this for her. On the other side. Nandini was shedding silent tears for the way Manik behaved. No matter what she was still that innocent child from her heart who felt everything way too much. Unaware of the fact that there was much more coming her way.

NEXT DAY

As sun rose in the sky. Priya woke up in Aman's arms smilingly and started off with her daily routine soon Navya also joined her. And as they finished off with preparing breakfast Kabeer and Aman also joined them. 4 of them were having their breakfast.

Soon Nandini also woke up realising the time she just rushed to the washroom.

Suddenly breaking Manik's sleep his phone started ringing. As soon as he saw the caller id. He woke up with a jerk. As he remembered that he called someone to meet him at his place. He picked up the call and said hurriedly.

"Meet me in an hour at my place."

As soon as he hung up. He rushed to washroom and soon moved out. And saw everyone having breakfast but Nandini was missing. He was thinking about her only and soon saw Nandini coming out of her room. Wearing a white sleeveless top and a blue denim. He was again lost in her beauty. She was looking just out of world in that white top and wet hairs. But came out of his lala land as saw Nandini looking at him with her teary eyes. He realised what he is suppose to do. He turned around and came to everyone followed by Nandini who wiped her tears and joined everyone on the table. Priya asked Manik to join them but he denied saying

"Actually Priya I have some work I'll be back soon. I'm so sorry but I have to rush."

" But Manik it's Sunday today. It's our day. How can you just leave like this? No you won't go anywhere. Kabeer and Aman stop him naa."
Said Priya whining like a cute child.

"Priyu please it's urgent. Please. Accha okay I promise I'll be back in an hour and also there might be some surprise for you guys as well (He said the word surprise eyeing Nandini who instantly looked away) So please. Pretty please. "
Said Manik sitting on his knees in front of Priya making a puppy face. Because he knew Priya will melt with his puppy face.

"Manik don't you dare make this puppy face. I won't accept all these tantrums of yours I'm telling you."
Said Priya turning to other side angrily.

"Priyu just one hour please. "
Said Manik softly.

Hearing him Priya slowly turned her face towards him still frowning at him. Pointing her finger towards him, she said

"Just for one hour. Issey zyada hua toh I won't talk to you. "
She said like a kid to which everyone smiled and Manik chuckled.

"Haan okay. I'm going now. Will be back soon."
As he got up to leave. Priya held his hand and said

"First breakfast. And no arguments. Sit here." She said sternly.

Manik finally gave up as he had to rush and he knew arguing with Priya at that moment wasn't a good idea so he sat quietly. And everyone else present there were just silent spectators of their cute bickering and just cherished their sweetest yet the most purest bond of friendship which they shared and were just smiling. But Kabeer he was little suspicious of Manik. And made anot to ask him when he comes back. Soon Manik finished his breakfast and bidding bye to everyone he left hurriedly. This thing made Nandini more upset because she thought Manik went out to stay away from her which made her even more upset. And without finishing her breakfast she went away. Priya even asked her. But as usual she made some excuse and went away and sat on her bed and bursted into tears.
