Chapter 28 ~ THE MINI MONSTER NANDINI!!

As soon as Manik hung up on the call with Cabeer. Manik very silently looked around in a quest to find something to attack the person and save Nandini from him. And then finally he found a rod kept in a corner, he instantly picked up that rod and ver silently started moving towards the man who held Nandini. And without making any noise he was about to hit that man on his head, but before Manik could hit him, he sensed his presence, and leaving Nandini he turned around and hurted Manik on his palm, and Manik's hand instantly started bleeding, and he shreiked in pain, but he didn't gave up, he taking the advantage pulled Nandini on his inside, and came infront of her. But the man was in no mood to give up, he pointed his knife towards Manik, but Manik was Manik, he stared right into his eyes with rage and anger in his, whereas Nandini who stood behind Manik, she instantly picked up the rod, and came infront of Manik, threatening the man.

"Go Away!! Stay Away from my Manik. don't you dare to touch of him. Or else I'll shred you into pieces. Move back. I said move back right now!!"
said Nandini furiously.

Nandini's voice was so threatening that it frightened that man to his core and he instantly ran away from the terrace. Before Manik could catch him he disappeared in the darkness. The whole scenario was not only seen by Manik but also by all of them. And they were shell shocked. Specially Priya and Navya because they've never seen Nandini so fierce ever before. And before Manik could have said anything to Nandini, she felt dizzy and fell in Manik's arms who was standing behind her. And the last word which Manik heard was..

Manik!!

As soon as Nandini fell in Manik's arms everyone rushed towards her and took her downstairs. Soon a doctor was called, but a panic ridden Priya stood by Nandini, and refused to leave her alone even when doctor asked to oeave she stood by Nandini. On the other hand doctor checked Nandini, took her blood for the samples.

"Doctor what has happened to Nandini? Is she okay?"
asked Priya.

"She is okay Priya but..."
said Doctor.

"But what doctor??"
asked Priya.

"Priya i won't lie but Nandini needs to be taken care of. She's in a trauma. If this continues she might go into depression."
said the doctor.

And that was it for Priya, as soon as she heard those words she couldn't control her tears. And Manik who was about to enter heard the entire conversation, and a drop of tear escaped his eye too. Shoving away his tear, he went towards Priya and held her hands in assurance, and blinked his eyes just once as if he was assuring her that nothing will happen to Nandini, she will be fine, he will himself take care of her and will protect her..

"Priya, let Nandini rest. Let's go out."
said Manik.

"N-No Manik, how can i leave my angel. I won't go."
said Priya.

"Priya, I need to talk to you, please come. It's about Nandini."
said Manik and the duo left the room.

Now everyone was sitting in the hall.

"What actually happened Manik? And who was that man?"
asked Cabeer.

"Cabeer even I don't know. I couldn't sleep so I went upstairs and I was strumming my guitar and then suddenly I heard some voices so I went in that direction and saw Nandini clutched in that man's hands, he had kept his revolver on her head and she was crying then I instantly called and somehow managed to free Nandini from his hold, and then he was about to attack me and then Nandini came in between and rest whatever happened you all saw that. It could have been very dangerous. This incident was life threatening. Guys I don't think girls are safe here. Luckily we were staying today but what if it was only Nandini. I think Priya you should shift with us. With me and Aman. Anyways most of the times I'm either with Cabeer or with Aman, it will be good, and knowing how vulnerable Nandini we can't leave her all alone, all for herself. If not with Aman then stay with me or wherever you like but not here, you guys are not safe and that's final."
said Manik to which Aman and Cabeer also agreed.

"But, Manik, how can we stay with you guys? No.. No that's not fine. And don't worry we'll be safe here. I'll take care of that."
said Priya.

"Priya it's not that whether you will take care or not. I would have not asked if it wasn't for Nandini. Didn't you heard what doctor said? Nandini needs proper care which you single handedly can't give, Priya she needs everyone. And think about even you have joined you father's business, it's very new, you just can't leave that, but Nandini also needs attention and trust us we will handle that and knowing that we are there you will also work tension free. Just think about it. I won't force you. The final decision will be yours. And if you're not moving out than we'll move in here now the decision is yours."
said Manik shrugging his shoulders non- chalantly.

"You're such a jerk Malhotra."
said Priya hitting him lightly on his arms and smiled a little.

"Any doubt madam? So, is it a yes or a no?"
asked Manik.

"Do I have a choice?"
asked Priya.

"Ofcourse not."
said Manik smiling cheekily.

Next thing was everyone went to sleep as tomorrow they all were suppose to shift from there to Aman's place.

Few hours later while everyone was sleeping, someone entered in Nandini's room. While Nandini was sleeping peacefully, the person sat beside her, and then he caressed his hand on her forehead and kissed on her forehead softly.

So finally done with the update. I'm so sorry for being so late and then a very short update. I will be back with the next update very soon and it will be longer.
